New, fresh, and inviting, CILO is short for City Lounge. The remarkable design of this venue in the Renaissance Marketplace heralds a new era on Aruba: the lounging era. Lounging is a way of life, and CILO is the place to do it. Sitting on the outside terrace sipping a drink or cocktail, or enjoying dinner on the marina-view terrace, it includes exciting nightlife, with DJs, live bands and hip music. CILO serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Prices are moderate, but the menu is extensive.

Cilo City Lounge is our favorite restaurant/lounge on Aruba. With live music every night and a beautiful harbor view.
The food is great and the service is awesome.

If you love to sit and chill for a long time go to one of the three outside lounges they are great.

If you want a nice lunch try the Cilo Club that one is my favorite.

We had a chicken sandwich on french bread, chicken club and a cheeseburger. All were very good. The french fries were great. They had a singer who was good and the atmosphere was nice.

Had a very unimpressive chicken sandwich and paid $3.75 US for each 8oz glass of ice tea. Food quality not commensurate with price. On the bright side it is a good location

Nice food and ambiance with easy listening live music (a little loud at times). Friendly service but we had to wait too long. The restaurants was busy but with four waiters and two bartenders they should be able to handle it. Saw a couple leave because they did not get any attention. Saw guests sitting on the couch, waiting for a table without drinks. People waiting too long for drinks. Guests getting up and going to the waiter or bar to place their own orders. Disappointing service but I'd give it another chance for the food.

Went to this new restaurant in December
Very nice experience. Had lunch and dinner there, and was happy both times with the food and the service. We will come back again this year.

CILO is a relatively new dining place in DOWNTOWN. We did a lunch there and tried to get back to do a dinner. Unfortunatly, we did not make it. But, our lunch experience was a good one and we are looking forward to returning next year to see how this place progresses. With all the changes in the DOWNTOWN area, CILO is a promising dining spot which should be tried. Food is good and prices are fine. Service does need a bit of improvement - you can get lost here. Go anyways.

My wife and I spent two weeks in Aruba in November/December. We lunched at CILO three times because of the excellent food and our favorite Aruban server, Anna from Holland. We began to refer to CILO as "Anna's Place".
