Great Food. Loved the Ceasar Salad and Pizza. Exceptional service. What made us come back everyday was a bartender named LILA. She made us sooo welcomed there. We found a nice and warm loving person, something you can find in every establishment. My hats off to all the staff who greeted us, and got to know us by name. When we return to Aruba, We will make it a point to visit our favorite bartender!!! Lots of luck in your future!!
The food was excellent, but the best of the best was the services provided by Lila, friendly and dedicated. One thing that you need is a parking lot space for customer
One of the best meals I have had on the Island. Our server(Sandra) was a very personable and attentive host. My family and I really enjoyed our meal at Casa Tua (Barcelona). The meals were quite modestly priced, and the quality exceeded other local establishments.
Great pizza ! We dined at Casa Tua and had a great meal and great entertainment. We had pizza and salads and both were delicious. The night we dined at Casa Tua there was a flamingo singer and dancers performing and they really put on a great show. The singer has a wonderful voice which made our dining experience that much better. The servers were great. The prices are very reasonable. We will definitely be back.
We were very pleased with our visit to Casa Tua. The food was exceptional, and the staff was very friendly. We especially liked Angela. Her voice is out of this world. Definitely worth the trip into town. Will go again.
We had the pizza. It was okay. Nothing special. But the waitress came over and suggested their spicy olive oil to dip the pizza in. Added just the right kick.
Waitress was great. She knew we were new to the island and gave us suggestions.
We had passed by Casa Tua dozens and dozens of times over the past 5 years. We regret that now. We dined there last week (April 14th) and thoroughly enjoyed everthing about the place. The service was quick, friendly and attentive. The wine selection was good and reasonable. The ceviche was very good. We chose the Paella for 2 for $25. It was very good and very filling, and a great value. We didn't get back there for the pizzas, but I can tell you they looked fantastic! This is a great find, just behind the Renaissance Marina hotel on the second floor. It appears they are opening a new Casa Tua over near the Renaissance Ocean Suites soon, as well.
Party of 8, reserved only an hour in advance, but we got a nice round table.
Ordered 8-10 different tapas for appetizers. Nice different tastes. Too bad the chorizo in apple cider was not available. And for almost USD 20,- you may expect a decent portion of Pata Negra ham, not the 6 tiny, see through slices they served.
We all had pizza as main course, excellent!!
Then the live music started, bummer, way too loud. Lots of guests were complaining about it, the manager told the musicians to level it down, but they just didn't comply. We didn't stay for desert or coffee. I explained the manager the noise made it impossible for us to stay.
Overall good and prompt service this time.
My party of four went to dinner at Casa Tua on Tuesday, March 30, 2010. The staff was friendly and accomodating. The eggplant and the tuna appetizers were excellent. The pizza and the paella were terrific. I would recommend this restaurant for anyone wanting a small dining experience at affordable prices. We also had a lot of fun with the staff.
