Found this place by accident. Great for us. We ate there 3 nights out of nine. Nicely priced with a high food quality. Can't wait to return to Aruba! Have been going to Aruba for 25+ years. One of our best surprises.

We visit Aruba yearly. This was our first visit to Ellioti's in October 2011. Our party of 6 was quite satisfied with the food and service. Our bill, for which I have a receipt, was $49 plus. Sadly, our credit card was charged $91 plus. We are trying now to get this corrected. Overall dining experience at Ellioti's was good.

Ellioti's is one of our go to restaurants in Aruba. We would not miss a chance to taste your delicious lasagna. There are usually 5 to 7 of us and anyone else who wants to join. We have all had a wonderful experiences and very happy tastebuds. And we all go at least 2-3 times while we are in Aruba, and we go every year. Keep up the good work.

Got carry out one night while staying at Costa Linda. Service was very good - they called our room when food was ready. Unfortunately the food was mediocre at best. The marinara sauce for the calamari was not in a separate container so dumped onto the calamari. Pasta dishes and veal scallopine were just OK. Would not return here.

My husband and I were in the mood for Italian food. What a nice find...Ellioti's. The food was delicious, and loved the way it looked like an old Italian restaurant. Definitely going back. The staff was very pleasant.

We visited following the recommendation of other guests at our hotel (the Bucuti), but were sorely disappointed with our experience.

Being sat inside, one of us had the kitchen's microwave owen directly in our eyeline...and it seemed to be a well-used kitchen implement.

We were served an ice-cold, unopened bottle of red wine with no accompanying glasses; after five minutes, glasses and a corkscrew arrived, together an explanation that "some people like their red wine to be chilled"...

The food was so-so; the gnocchi was a tad undercooked. Unfortunately, when it comes to gnocchi, "a tad" is rather significant.

We waited 20+ minutes for our bill at the end of the meal, which was out by about 30 dollars (in our favour).

Having been to dozens of restaurants in Aruba, this is the first place that we've been to where we've come away saying "never again".

Food is excellent. One of the best Fettucine Carbonara's that I've ever had and I've eaten at a lot of New York area Italian restaurants. Other great dishes that our group had were the Canneloni appetizer and any of the pasta seafood dishes, especially those made with the fish filet which is a very moist grouper. Kids can order from the menu of Pizza Bob's which Ellioti's also owns and is next door. Pizza Bob's pizza is great bu the way. We sat outside where there was a live guitarist to add to the atmosphere. It was a busy night and service was a little slow but probably right for island speed.

The most disappointing meal we had in 35 nights in Aruba. The italian bread
served cold. Ordered appitizer of eggplant parm - the sause tasted like
tomato paste minus any seasonings. My
husband order veal parm for dinner and
the marinara sause on that was no better. No second chance on this one.

Loved this place!!!

The food was fantastic!!! We actually showed up with 3 more people than our reservation and the restaurant was terrific about setting up for us. The place was packed but we were soon seated.

Each pasta was served hot and was delicious. I can't wait to go back!!

Our party of 5 had dinner at Ellioti's in early January. The restaurant was full, inside and out, so we were glad that we had made a reservation. We shared 2 appetizers, which were okay. We were all disappointed with the entrees. Veal parm was so-so, special seafood pasta fra diavolo was mainly calamari which was one of our appetizers, another veal entree was not tender. Long wait for entrees. We would not try Ellioti's again.

We had a party of 12 and the food ratings went from 7 to 9 depending on the meal. Since I am writing this review I gave it a 7. My meal was fresh but had the wrong sauce. The seafoode pasta was 90 % calamari but with a good taste. Overall it was a fun night and with a different choice3 of meals I may have been happier. Definetly a place worth another chance. The Chicken Parm and Raviolis were a hit.

Wanted to try this new Italian restaurant and we were not disappointed. Lots of interesting choices, nice variety, easy to find with good parking and Sharine was a great server and the hostess was very gracious as well. Enjoyed the fresh hot bread while we decided on the entrees. No room for dessert thjough it looked enticing but looking forward to lunch tomorrow.

Recently enjoyed Ellioti's. Went there because the chef came from Valentino's (formerly my favorite Aruba restaurant). While my girlfriend's Veal Parm didn't overwhelm her, my meal was great (a seafood offering over pasta). Little noisy but their wine list has improved. I would go back!!!

We had drinks outside at the bar and eat inside. Looks like we've been eating at the same places as ~Amy~ as she has reviews on the same restaurants, but it looks like she has good taste. This is a pleasant restaurant, nothing too fancy, food and service were good. Mention Costa Linda for a discount. Again for location this is a great stop.

We sat outside but decided if you wanted something a little more intimate then inside would be the way to go since outside you're sitting next to a parking lot and tennis courts. Great service though by both the hostess and waitress. Also a nice large bar outside, too, if you just want to pop in for a glass of wine or appetizer.

We split a Caesar salad (and glad we did because it was huge). Hubby had the usual pasta with meat sauce and I had Capellini Pomodoro - both were very good and we have leftovers for lunch the following day. Also loved the bread because they brought out oil and balsamic vinegar for dipping (which we both love.) Nice bottle of wine as well although I thought some of the wine prices were a little on the high side (I know there is a huge mark-up on wine at restaurants but this was a little over the top on some of the bottles I recognized.)

Good place - will go back again if/when we're in the pasta mood.

My family goes to Aruba every year and has for the last 11 years. We used to frequent Valentinos once a year, so we were happy to hear that Jeffrey, the chef from Valentinos, was the chef at Elliotis. We went to Elliotis 5 times in two weeks and did not have a bad meal. The calamari is amazing. Our friends had the fried cheese appetizer and loved it too. I had the seafood pasta, the fish pizzaola and the chicken stuffed with cheese and spinach. All were great! I highly recommend Elliotis! An added bonus-if you have kids and they prefer pizza, you can order off the Pizza Bob's menu and they will bring the food to you at Elliotis.

As time share owners we decided to keep it easy after our friday check in. We chose Ellioti's because it was close by and heard it was good, we were not disappointed.
For appetizers we had the Calamari (excellent) and the crepes stuffed with cheese (very good). For dinner I had the special which was like a seafood fra-diavlo. My son had the same but was able to have it aioli instead of the fra-diablo. Both of us left stuffed and satisfied. My wife had the gnocchi which was homemade and wonderful. My one daughter had the tortellini and the other one the vermicelli. Both said it was top notch. Sorry, there was no room for desert. I also thought that the Wine list was very reasonable but we did not order from it.
A quick word about us, we are from N.Y. and take our italian food very serious (lol). My one daughter just got back from 4 months in Italy and the other has been there twice this year. On top of that my wife and I are food snobs.
We enjoyed Ellioti's and highly recommend it.

We were staying at the Bucuti Hotel and decided that we didn't want to drive anywhere so we'd try Ellioti's.

We're glad we did.

Frankly, we were surprised that we could actually get such good (and authentic) Italian food in Aruba.

The decor is a bit (okay, a lot) lacking, but the food makes up for it.

We got the Calamari appetizer which was excellent. The sauce that came with it was also wonderful.

I got the gnocchi and my husband got the lasagna. Both were homemade and wonderful.

All in all, I would highly recommend it.

We ate at Ellioti's on July 7th. We were a party of 4. We arrived around 7pm and was seated immediately. We spoke with Vicki who recommended the Lasagna. She was correct. This was the BEST lasagna we ever had on the island. Service was friendly. We had appetizers which were delicious. The portions were so large we had no room for desert. Will return again. Ellioti's is located near Costa Linda. Plenty of parking.

Wife had Filetto Di Pesce Alla Pizzaiola (Grouper in a Garlic, Basil, Oregano and fresh Tomato Sauce), and I had Vitello Allo Stile Del Chef (Veal w/ mozz & mush sauce). We thought the food was good, but not great. The outside tables were mostly filled, so we sat inside. There was only one table occupied inside, but the hostess sat us right next to the swinging kitchen door – didn’t make any sense.
