Great food and service
Wife and I went here for early dinner. Only a couple other people eating while we were here.
I ordered the SPIEDINO DI PESCE ALLA GRIGLIA
grilled salmon, scallops, shrimp, grouper skewer with lemon olive oil
rice and vegatables. It was amazing, very good seasoning and flavor.
The wife had PETTO DI POLLO PARMIGIANA
breaded chicken, topped with prosciutto, mozzarella cheese, marinara sauce with spaghetti. Wife was not overly excited about it that is why I had to lower my score to an 8 (her 6 and my 10).
Service was great and didn't give them a 10 because every other table in restaurant had bread/appetizer plates and they never gave us any so lots of bread crumbs on table. This may be what attracted all the flies or could have been my fish. Flies were horrible and waiter actually brought out two citranella type candles to get them to leave. This helped a bit but still had to shue them while eating. hence the environment ranking.
We were quickly seated and proceeded to watch a table seated after us (another 2 top) receive bread and drinks before anyone came to our table. The table behind us experienced a similar service delay and got up and left. The Caesar salad was ok, pretty drenched in dressing, the Bolognese was very good, the Puttanesca sauce was very bland- I didn't taste or see any capers.
We komen er al heel wat jaartjes.
Het eten en de bediening is goed.
Geen klachten alles perfect.
We komen in mei weer terug.
groetjes Fam. Goossens
In one word SUPER!
We eat 3 times in 10 days at this restaurant!
I don't know what happened when John of Philly went to this restaurant, but dined here twice, and were more than satisfied with the quality of the food, the prices, and the service. Their 3 course special was a good bargain, the Caeser salad was the best we had on the island, the lasagne was delicious, etc., etc. We wouldn't hesitate to go back.
Horrible tastless food. Either we came on a very off night, or all the reviews glowing about the food are from middle America where there isnt decent italian for 1000 miles and they dont know any better. It tasted like I was back in high school on spaghetti day. That being said I should have know better considering the place was empty and the steakhouse that shares the building was full. We left our meals wear they sat and went over to Pizza Bob's for some of the best pizza on the island...but you will wait for it. If you want decent food, I am learning, stay out of the hotels and frequent the small locally owned establishments, you wont be sorry.
we were on a business trip to aruba. last saturday we ate at Giorgio´s. we´ve had a really nice evening. we heard there was a new menu and it was very good! as well as the live music. it created a really good and nice atmosphere. we will come back.
My Wife and I went to Giorgio's for the Italian kitchen. We can recommend this place to everyone who is going to Aruba and like Italian food! We heard the new menu was just one day old, but it looked like the kitchen was preparing this every day! The service was very good and the food delicious. It was a great night!
The salmon was delicious and presented with beautiful and very tasty vegetables and potatoes. My husband had the spaghetti with meat sauce and heartily enjoyed it. We returned a second time within the week because the food. service and atmosphere was exactly what we were looking for and the restaurant was within walking distance of our resort. Our server, Martha, made the evenings pleasant.
We were a party of 11 on October 7th, 2010. We were warmly greeted by the staff at Giorgio's. The food was wonderful, we had everything from pizza for the kids to pasta, fish and the churassco. Everything was delicious and plentyful. We come to Aruba every year, we will definitely be back again many times.

Roads were still flooded when I tried to drive to the high-rise area for dinner at 7:00 PM, so we had to choose
a nearby restaurant. We let DD chose & she opted for Giorgioâs as we had already gone to the French
Steakhouse and Matthews. We werenât all that hungry since we had lunch at Matthews earlier. DW had the
soup of the day (Chicken Soup), DD had the Margerita pizza, and I had the veal scaloppini with mushrooms.
DW said the soup was very good & filling, and DD liked the pizza. My veal dish was good, but not made
the way most Italian restaurants back in NY do it â they served it over Fettuccine (menu description didnât
mention) and it was made with onions. But the veal was real veal (have experienced some Italian places
using turkey instead of veal) and it was still satisfying.
Jacinto provided us with excellent service each time we at at Giorgio's and the food was great! We will continue to come back each time we are in Aruba! We <3 Aruba!
June was a very gracious host, Martha a fabulous waitress, and Jacinto was on top of things. Had several great dinners here.
Thank you
We found that the staff did all they could to ensure that we would have a very good dining experience.
The food was good and the price was very decent considering that dining prices are relatively high in Aruba in general.
I asked for a substitution in the "tourist 3 course dinner" which is normally fixed and the waiter did not hesitate in obliging.
Overall, a very good dinner at reasonable price.
I come very often on vacation on this island. Also, I always go to "Giorgio's" restaurant! The food is always delicious as fillet Migno is highly recommended. The service is very good. There is always someone who comes to ask if everything is right. You'll also notice when you come for the second time that she'll be warmly welcome.
This is simply the best Italian restaurant in Aruba!
While visiting Aruba last week, we chose this restaurant for our final dinner before coming home. The food was excellent and only exceded by our wonderful service. The staff could not have been more helpful or friendly. We even met the chef! Thank you all for such a lovely experience
What a surprise! We were very hungry. We had never heard of Giorgio's and found it by accident. From the moment we walked in to look at the menu we were treated like royalty. Thank you Jun! The manager, Jun, went out of his way to see we were attended to and completely satisfied with everything. The Chilean Sea Bass was to die for and the spaghetti squash was great. My husband had the beef churrasco tenderloin. We were both extremely happy with our meals. The atmosphere is very pleasant with open air seating by the pool or sit under the cover of the pavillion. You won't be disappointed!
We were at Giorgio's 4 times during our stay of 10 days at Bucuti Beach Resort. It was the most excellent restaurant in the neigbourhood. We ordered every time something different and it was everytime very delicious.
We went to Giorgio's on the recommendation of a guest at the hotel we were staying and wished we would have skipped it...or had gone to Elliot's, where we had dinner a few nights later, instead. It was mediocre, at best. I'm not sure if the people who rated it highly have ever had good Italian food before, but this was not it...particularly for the prices. The tables look like they were thrown in a huge area at the Manchebo Hotel as an afterthought.
I ordered the Calamari and it figured it would be a good appetizer to share and it came out with about 10 rings that looked like it came out of frozen bag. The sauce was utterly tasteless.
Then we got Caesar salad that we had to doctor with the dried Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper at our table.
The rest of the meal was just as forgetful. Do yourself a favor and go to Elliot's Italian Restaurant about 200 yards away which is real Italian food.
Housed in the lovely Manchebo resort, this open air informal restaurant combines excellent food [grouper was a singular success], a varied menu, and pleasant, courteous service. Wines by the glass are excellent and reasonable. Local codes permit smoking in the "outdoor" portion of the restaurant. Service was congenial and courteous. Presentation "elegant light", a bit above informal without being stuffy. An excellent bet.
The food was very authentic Italian, freshly prepared, and containing the finest ingridients.
The service was very good and extremely attentive. This was one of the finest Italian dinners on our trip to Aruba!!
Waiter was excellent. Service is the best on the island. loved the music. I could eat every evening, because it's the best.
Great Italian place to visit after you've gotten used to the temperature on Aruba. It's an "almost" outside setting, but a really nice one. Both the pasta, meat and pizza dishes taste great, service is of high standard.
The concierge of my hotel recommended this new Italian restaurant to me located at the Manchebo hotel. Really nice ambiance and attentive service by Angelo and his team. My husband ordered the brushetta and I took took the bistro salad for starters, nice presentation and crispy fresh prepared. The homemade lasagna was excellent and a real good value. Angelo recommended the Cernia as the chef specialty. The grouper was wrapped with sweet potatoe and really good. We shared the canoli for dessert. Will be back next year.
