At Le Bistro in the Paseo Herencia Mall you just need to close your eyes and you are in the south of France, on a terrace, sipping a refreshing, ice cold glass of wine and a plate of something truly Mediterranean in front of you. Le Bistro’s fresh colors blue and white, the canopy that provides shade on the spacious terrace and the attentive waiting staff make you feel this way, which is the best way in the world.
The menu is fantastic: not only for lunch, but there is also a tapas menu and a dinner menu, all winking at the countries surrounding the Mediterranean. Inside the restaurant there is air conditioning, a nice bar and small tables; perfect for a café latte, a reviving Pernod or a Campari soda with some tapas.

Nice suprise
During our 2nd stay on Aruba, we were planning to go to Tast of Belgium Restaurant. Now this place is changed (same owners) to Le Bistro; Mediterranean food and Tapas. The place lookes beautiful and we were suprised by the delicious tapas! We'll definitely come back!

Lovely mediterranean food! Cosy terrace, good service, especially the Hungarian waiter. I really liked the Tuna Tartare. And antipasto de nice is just delicious!
We happened to bee in the mall where this restaurant is located so we stopped to look at the menu and decided to make reservations for that evening. And WOW were we surprised. 10+ for the food and the variety of beer offered. Try Kasteel if you like dark beer.
