Passions
Went to Passions for our anniversary and it is still amazing to sit on the beach for dinner. Service as always was adequate not great. When we made the reservations we let them know about our anniversary and they did not even acknowledge it. Food was great as well, the Grouper in the coco jacket is excellent.
The perfect dinner experience
We were in Aruba for two weeks in April and visited many recommend restaurants. This experience was by far the best choice we made the service was excellent the food was fantastic and the location on the beach for our sunset dinner was the best. They also remembered when we made our reservation that one of our party had a birthday that day and supplied us with a special desert. We will be back.
Beauty at Passions
we had a wonderful birthday dinner for my wife Abby, on Saturday night April 28th...thanks for making it special....

we will be back next year....
Outstanding Setting & Foof
Arrived in Aruba @ 3:30 PM and we were @ Passions On The Beach by sunset a bit earlier than 7:00 PM. Amazing ambiance and the Grouper filet crusted in a coco jacket with its' banana dipping sauce was awesome !
Amazing
I absolutely loved Passions, it was incredibly romantic and the food was delicious. Thanks for a great night!
Best dining experience on the Island!
My husband & I went to Aruba for our Honeymoon. We decided to start the vacation off the first night by dining at Passions. It was the best decision as it put us straight into the island vibe! We had the most delicious meal and the service was exemplary.
This is a must do place for any couple or group traveling to Aruba!
Night of Passion
The dinner at Passions on the Beach was the most memorable dinner and a once in a lifetime experience! My husband and I enjoyed the feel of the sand on our feet, cool ocean breezes, and the beautiful sunset. And of course the dinner was excellent! Thanks to Jamie too for her cheerful personality and great photography skills! Thanks to everyone responsible for that night! Cherie and Jeff Davis (Kansas City MO)
Superb beach dining
It was wonderful. It has become our favorite restaurant in Aruba. SENSATIONAL setting. Great food and service. Nice portion sizes. We just loved it
What a wonderful night...!
Honestly, my wife and I have nothing but positives to say about our experience at Passions.
Our waiter/server Edward was charming, engaging and very attentive.
The food was magnificent, the sunset, as usual in Aruba, was superb.
Thank you for the experience, it was magnificent...

Family Celebration
Marc,
Our second visit to Passions (Apr 12.) Service was wonderful and food excellent. You deserve your high rankings. We will be back again next year. (I wish I could remember our waiters name.)
Thank you for helping make our vacation for our 10 people so wonderful.

Romantic, great food!!!
Passions was, by far, our best night out! It has a very romantic atmospher and the waitstaff does not rush you and they make your night very relaxing. The food was delicious (watermelon salad - a must)! I got a filet (huge piece) and it was cooked to perfection. My husband got a shrimp dish that was really, really good.

QUEREMOS VOLTAR!
My 18 year old daughter and I had a fabulous dinner at Passions during our recent trip to Aruba. It is a restaurant that attracts couples because of the romantic atmoshere, but we felt very comfortable there and were dining with a few other families. Our waiter, Roel, was attentive, knowlegeable and happily took many pictures at sunset for us. We both enjoyed our Mahi-Mahi. It was as delicious as it was beautiful. We listened the saxophone music as the sun set and the tiki torches were burning. It was so nice to sit with our feet in the sand. The tables are far apart here and it is a quiet stretch of beach so it was very relaxing. Some of the other "feet in the sand" restaurants are so far from the resort areas and Passions was so close to the apartment we were renting so it was the perfect choice. I can't wait to come back with my husband on our next trip to Aruba. Don't miss this wonderful restaurant. Our night at Passions was one we will always remember.
Dinner was pleasant and amazing. It was the most fantastic dinner we have had in our two visits to Aruba, in which time we have had about 40 or so meals.
We will be returning when we visit the island again.
Our recent experience the week before last was indeed excellent and the team did a fabulous job. Passions was one of the hits of our trip last week to Aruba! Thanks too for remembering that it was my daughter's college graduation celebration. Our waitress, Eleonora, was superb! Thanks for a wonderful evening on the beach with our feet in the warm white sand and a delicious dinner! Passionately, Sarah
My husband and I have been coming to the island for years. We first tried Passions about four years ago and it continues to be at the top of our list. This year was no exception. With a front row table, a beautiful sunset, toes in the sand, my favorite picture of the trip, a wonderful server named Diana, the best meal of the week and a saxaphone player coming to our table...how could we not be happy and impressed? We started out with a watermelon salad (which I look forward to each year) and a bowl of corn chowder. Both were delicious. For dinner we had the strip steak with pepper sauce (which my husband raved about) and I had the sesame ginger sea bass. The fish was cooked perfectly and the mix of flavors was wonderful! A cup of cappuccino after dinner topped off a perfect evening. Thanks to Marc and his staff for always making us feel welcome!
Passions on the Beach was by far my favorite on the Island. This is our third trip to Aruba and my only regrat is that we did not discover Passions on the Beach SOONER! My husband had the Caribbean Shrimp and they will delicious, but by far, the Grouper in the Co Co jacket with the banana sauce was the best. I am not a big condiment/sauce person, but I loved the banana sauce with the Grouper. It was the perfect compliment to the grouper. The beach, the service and the food was top notch. I cannot wait to go back t Aruba and Passions on the Beach will be our first dinner on the Island. This restaurant is a must on your next visit.
We discovered Passions on the Beach 2 years ago and it has become a "must visit" every time we're in Aruba. An absolutely beautiful setting, extremely attentive service, and fantastic food. Passions instantly became my daughter's all-time favorite restaurant on her first visit. Kudos to Marc Giesbors and his crew!!
This was our first time in Aruba and we (my busband, myself and our two college aged children) stayed at the Amsterdam Manor during our entire visit. We decided to dine at Passions out of convenience our first night. We had a lovely lighted tiki/umbrella table that set the stage for a wonderful dining experience. The food was by far the best of any restaurant we had dined at during our stay on the island. I highly recommed the Grouper with the Banana Dip - outstanding! The attentiveness and promptness of the service was also outstanding. We loved it so much that we decided to dine at Passions again on our last night; it was even better (if that was possible). The setting speaks for itself and nothing is more memorable than sticking your toes in the sand, watching a beautiful sunset and enjoying a wonderful meal with family. We will definitely be back!
We have been going to Aruba for many years. This was our first visit to Passions and we will definitely go back. The service and food were excellent. The only negative was the portapottie but I think we could have used the restroom in Amsterdam Manor. We've dined at both Flying Fishbones and Mirandi's and although the view and atmosphere is spectacular at both places, service is not at the same level as Passions.
We enjoyed the food, atmosphere, service and music by Lennie Lake. We will certainly make a reservation for our next visit to the island in August.
This was our second visit to Passions and I'm sure we will be back . Our meals were excellant and I enjoyed the piece of Bolo Preto given to me after dinner. It was a "sweet" touch and added a little cultural flavor of the island !!! :)
We had decided on our last night in Aruba we would try Passions on the beach. This place has such an elegant flair and I must say, the food was served promptly and piping hot. The staff was excellent and our waitress Nora was very attentive. I can't wait to go back next year.
Overall very disappointed as restaurant was recommended by close friends. Very inattentative service, small portions and fair quality.
