Passions on the Beach
A dinner at Passions on the Beach is far and away the most romantic and unique Aruba restaurant experience on the island. Dine with your feet in the soft white sand and the soothing sound of the gentle waves caressing the shore. Watch the breathtaking sunset on Eagle Beach while tiki-torches slowly light the night. The fresh cuisine varies from meat to freshly caught fish while the desserts offer an indulgent treat you won't forget.

During our stay at Amsterdam Manor, we had our dinner twice at Passions. The best location ever, very good and savoury food, and a thoughtful service.(thank you Tom). Highly advisable.

Atmosphere, Atmosphere, Atmosphere. Plus excellent food. This restaurant sets up every night right on eagle beach at the Amsterdam manor. The sunset is very romantic, with the sound of the waves and your feet in the sand. The staff is very friendly and genuinely wants to make you dinning experience a memorable one. The local fish was very good I had grouper with a creamy garlic sauce and my wife had the snapper. Both very fresh and yummy a bottle of wine is a must.

Don’t miss this one.

I had a dinner with my fiance at Passions last week.

The environment and food were both amazing. We really enjoyed the dinner. Above anything, our server, Carlos, was extremely attentive to our needs. He really made our dinner complete. We'd highly recommend Carlos to anyone else that was looking to dine at the restaurant.

Thanks for the great service.

We ate here with 2 other couples on 11/28/09 for my Wifes 50th birthday and or 27th Anniversary and it was excellant from the food to the staff to the beach setting and the gentleman who was entertaining and dedicating a song to us. If you want an "EXCELLANT" evening with a special someone "YOU DO NOT" want to miss coming to this restaurant because it is appropriatly named. We were very impressed with everything and the moon shining on the water was just an added bonus.

Me and my girlfriend had a very romantic moonlight dinner at Passions a few days ago.
It was our first time here, but definitely not the last. We both work in the hotel/catering industry for many years and we both left very happy.

Imagine.... we were walking on the beach and the only light we had was from the moon, we approached the restaurant all the tables have a torch, and there was live background music! Everyone sits with their feet in the sand.... it was a unique and very romantic experience.

We were welcomed and seated by a very friendly waiter who suggested us their special "Passions" cocktail.
We were both very pleased with the service and the food, she ordered the coconut shrimps and I ordered the Caribbean shrimps as main course and they were excellent.

There are a lot of very good restaurants on Aruba but we will be back at Passions, maybe next time for the sunset!!

With the number of good restaurants on teh island, it is difficult to choose which ones we will visit on our trips to Aruba. Passions always makes the list. We dined at Passions in October and as always, our experience was great. Humphrey, the manager, does a great job adn oges out of his way to make each dining experience a memorable one. We saw him at the pool bar the next day and he greeted us by name. The food was great and sunset was awesome. We will be "Passion ate" again in March.

An idealic setting -- on the beach, torches, white linen table cloths and chairs -- was wasted by mundane and improperly prepared food. To be fair, my wife was pleased with her meal choices and I was enamored by the bread and topping (the wine list, while short, was also more than adequate). However, the salad I ordered was mundane at best and not as the menu described. The main course (the fresh catch) was so over cooked and under-seasoned that after my second bite I needed to drink water in order to swallow it.

Extremely disappointing.

This was our second time to Passions and it was an amazing night both evenings....once with with my husband and the next with our best friends..….the service was fabulous and the food was outrageously delicious…...we enjoyed happy hour also…..…we are planning on returning with my sister/brother-in-law in a few months and will definitely dine with them again…....it truly was an amazing evening! (The only downside if there had to be one was the sunset....Hawaii has the best but we TRULY enjoyed EVERYTHING thing else....I feel guilty evening mentioning this! Forgive me and "por no warda na regresa na aruba")
