Passions on the Beach

We loved Passions. It was the most romantic place that we went on our entire stay to Aruba. Not only was the service excellent, the staff very attentive and willing to take pictures..but it was great food. We got to dance to songs that we, the audience, got to pick (lots of Frank Sinatra) and everyone was very happy. No bugs either! Loved the food, was hot, good, and would have had dessert if I had room!

After rave reviews, we were looking forward to our meal here, we think we must have caught this place on a bad night! The service was so slow that we skipped dessert, the food was just OK. There was an entertainer that played the same corny tunes over and over and the toilets, well what can we say other than a trip over two roads to reach your destination. The one good thing of the night was the setting which was amazing, however we could not wait to get away from this place and certainly would not rush back.

We loved loved loved Passions. Everything about it was unbelievable - the staff (Barry), the music, the setting, and of course, the food. We recommend Passions to everyone that we talk to, and our experience with you has become the one to beat. We will see you next time we come down!

My husband and I really enjoyed our dinner at Passions in July. We celebrated our anniversary at your restaurant and it was truly memorable. The service was great and our waiter Barry was very charming. The only suggestion I would make is to replace the plastic cups. The wind knocked over our drinks several times when they got low and our table cloth was soaked throughout dinner. Your staff offered to replace it, but we didn't want to go through the trouble. Anyhow, I will definitely recommend Passions as the food was great, the view spectacular, and the service was super friendly. The filet mignon was the best I've had in a long time.

Dinner at Passions was one of the highlights of our trip. We have been to Aruba many times, and this is truly a must return for us! The sunset was incredible and the food delicious. Thank you to the wonderful staff at Amsterdam Manor!

We ate at Passions on Aug 9, 2008. I emailed prior to that night and made a reservation. It was my husband's 50th birthday, and there was no better place to celebrate a special occasion. The atmosphere was unbelievable. So romantic and so beautiful. It exceeded my expectations. The waitress was great. So attentive, and made my husband's birthday so special. Actually the entrie staff did. The music in the background was incredible. We got to dance a little. The entertainer excellent. Also made it so special. And the food and desert was the best we had the entire week. Also not as expensive as the dinner by torchlights you can get at the hotels or anywhere else on the island. It was a wonderful experience, and we will certainly return when we go back to Aruba.

We stayed at Amsterdam Manor at Eagle Beach. The quality of the restaurant was a very pleasant surprise and the environment is as picturesque as it gets. Attentive, friendly service as well as good food.

Passions was such a wonderful experience. It was extremely romantic. Sitting on the beach, barefoot while eating dinner, watching the sunset...what could be better. Food and service was great too. Loved it!!!

What an experience!! It was our first trip without the kids after 17 years. The food was incredible , the place very romantic and the staff went above and beyond to make this evening a true pleasure!!! We highly recommend it!! There were children at other tables that seemed delighted also!
