Excellent, tender, flavorful burgers! Yummy fish tacos- love that the fish is grilled and not breaded and greasy like most restaurants I've visited on Aruba. Steak and cheese sandwich had some gristle. Awesome frozen drinks (JavaAruba!!! I'm craving that right now!). Great Staff!
Yummy! The grilled jerk shrimp and chicken was addicting--beautiful presentation and blissful culmination of sweet and spicy to excite the palate for one of their thirst quenching cabuyas or any of their amazing frozen cocktails. The grouper was done to perfection, the quesadillas with fresh salsa and guacamole divine. Everything I ate on the menu exceeded expectations-Bravo Pega Pega- you will be missed.
Staff are consistently courteous, helpful and professional, Food and beverages are wonderful. Manchebo Resort and Spa is a wonderful hotel for a vacation in Aruba. Environment is also beautiful.
We had a wonderful experience at Windows on Aruba. We went with friends and everyone enjoyed the evening. Nothing to complain about.
Love the Pega Pega. Great location and good food! The quesadilla is fantastic! Bacon cheeseburger with gouda cheese terrific!
4 of us had lunch at Pega Pega. I think it was September 19th.
Two people had the "grouper reuben" which was enjoyed. One person had the fish taco that was equally enjoyed. I had a "greek salad" that I had enjoyed on a previous visit.
The food was good. The service was good. The breeze overlooking the beach is very good (and of course, the view is very nice).
We did not have alcohol that drives up the bill, but I think the total was somewhere around $60 (about $30 per couple). Manchebo DOES add the 15% service charge and I do believe that the $60 included something above the 15%.
Enjoyed two lunches at this fun beach bar. New menu included a grouper reuben and grilled chicken sandwich, which were very good. Attentive friendly service with great cocktails.
I have to say that this was absolutely the best place I've ever been to.... I only wish you guys were here in Phila, PA!
In the last week of September, 3 of us had lunch again at the Pega Pega area of Manchebo Resort.
We had always liked the burgers at the Pega Pega, but we were pleasantly surprised by some menu changes.
I had the Greek Salad which was very generous (loaded with feta cheese) at around $10. The ladies had the grouper reuben which came with french fries for something around the $12 area. The platters were generous. Being good, we only had cold water to drink.
On a typically breezy day, it is a nice place to sit and watch the blue sea in the distance...as you know, the beach is wide at that point
Great place to have a drink after swimming, nice cocktails great bartender! Lunch is OK, but for us it was too fatty to eat there every day.
Stayed at Manchebo, but only ate here for a late lunch on our first day. Quality of the food was very good as well as the service. Stopped here several other times throughout our stay for some great slushies. Too many other incredible restaurant choices on the island to actually eat here more than once, but it's O.K. if you're simply looking for a beach/bar setting.
We ate lunch here a couple of times and also did happy hour here, too.
Their lunch is mostly sandwiches and lighter fare but very good and the prices are GREAT!!!
Happy Hour is 2 for 1 drinks from 5pm-7pm and it includes a free taco bar.
Plenty of tables and chairs in the shade that overlook Manchebo Beach. Also a great spot for happy hour while you watch the sun go down.
We'll definitely be back!
