Our specialty, passion and living soul…. Pizza Bob has
been in love with pizza since his early days growing up
on the south side of Chicago. We got our recipe from
our friends and family that own Bill’s Pizza Pub, a
famous pizza restaurant in Chicago that has been open
since 1957. Needless to say, we take A LOT of pride in
our pizza; each one is made to order with fresh
ingredients and low fat skim milk cheese imported all
the way from Wisconsin. This is as good as it gets!

Not my type of Pizza
The grandkids wanted Pizza and we took them to this place. To me the pizza was average but not like NY?NJ pizza but as good as you get in Aruba. Very nice owner and staff with great atmosphere. If you must have Pizza or wings in Aruba it is worth the shot
The first time we went to Pizza Bob's we were looking for someplace quick, as we just arrived and were tired. Wow, were we surprised. It was great. The pizza, not only was very tasty, but the service was great. Mario was our server, and what an asset to Pizza Bob's. We liked it so much, we returned before we went home. When you want a change of pace, go to Pizza Bob's.
Excellent... Tasty Pizza
Pizza Bob's has been annual tradition for our last 4 visits to Aruba... We stopped in Wednesday night, the 27th.. And, our last night on the island on the July 6th. The pizza every visit has been excellent. Arrive before 7:00 and get the special. Some nights they have 2 for one cocktails... Two pina coladas for under $7.00 US are a bargain...
try to visit Pizza Bob's at least twice every visit. They have great pizza and salads. Usually do take out.
We, like others that I've read, have a tradition of going to Pizza Bob's on our first night in Aruba. This time we did not find the pizza good and may have to break the tradition. The spinach was in barely recognizable globs (must have been frozen), I've never ordered spinach on a pizza and not received fresh spinach leaves. The cheese was not as plentiful or gooey as in the past and the sauce was not as flavorful. Overall the pizza tasted like Tombstone frozen pizza to us. We love the atmosphere, service, and location, and are very disappointed to write this review. The wings were decent (good BBQ sauce).
Delicious pizza, fast, good and kind service. Want a real good pizza? Go to Bob's.
Very good thin crust pizza. We enjoyed the three meat pizza. The portions were excellent. A large could easily feed 4 adults. It was right next to our resort which was extremely convenient.
Pizza Bobs is a must on my list! They have the most amazing pizza Ive ever had, delicious thin crust. By far, the best pizza on the island! Their Bruchetta is also out of this world.
The restaurant itself is nothing fancy, outside seating, and rather small but the food more than makes up for that. While their food is delicious, the service is a bit slow.
best pizza on island, other menu items are not bad either as well(lasagna was very good). wish they had a location near me at home and i live in new york!!
Great pizzas :-)Pizza was very crusty and lots of toppings.
Always a great place for a good pizza.
Pizza was good and just as we had ordered it. Only problem (and same problem we've had in the past) is that we also always order a salad to split, too. The pizza arrives but never the salad. They always seem surprised when we remind them we ordered a salad, too, but at that point we just cancel the salad. We'll try again next year and see if we get a salad (it's almost an annual ritual now.)
Good food - if you like NY-style pizza (thin-crust), you'll enjoy Pizza Bob's. Very convenient to where we stayed (Bucuti), and take-out is a nice option if you're looking for a (relatively) cheap meal while you're lazing on the beach.
Got carryout - Pizza was thin crust and was OK. Pasta with vegetables with olive oil and garlic was outstanding.
We eat 3 times at Pizza Bob's during our 2 week stay at Manchebo and every time it was great. the place was hopping all the 3 times and all the waitresses were excellent. everybody was really having a great time. I loved the mexican pizza and my wife was in love with the lasagna. keep up the good work and see you in September !
Pizza Bob's was a great place to visit after our 12 hours of flying. Some great pizza (I suggest the Mexican special) that comes in such a big size you'll have leftovers for a couple of days. This is also one of the few places I would order a Balashi. The service is pretty slow as we were only checked on once and it took a long time to get our check. Still, for a simple night of pizza and beer you can't go wrong.
My husband and I stay at the Bucuti and Pizza Bob's is our first night tradition. It is perfect after a long day of traveling, the laid-back atmosphere, pizza and a bucket of beer is just perfect at the start of our vacation. I love the fancier places ot eat on the Island, especially the Screaming Eagle and Sunset Grille, but Pizza Bobs is a great staple and we usually eat there twice at least during our stay.
Have been eating at Bob's for several years with good experiences. We were there in Sept.2009, had pizza twice and were greatly disappointed both times. Pizza was way overcooked,a few slices not edible
The pizza was very good. There weren't any surprises since it was pretty much what others had said. If you're looking for a cheap meal here's your spot.
My husband & I dined at Pizza Bob's back in 2004, & made a point of going back in 2005 for our honeymoon!
Ken, is there any chance of getting the Pumpkin Soup recipe? I've had no luck with either the local/native cookbooks or anything online. Nothing compares. We ordered it on a whim & went back the next night for more!
The food, atmosphere & service were outstanding.
For the past two years Pizza Bob's has been a favorite of mine on our Aruba trips. We stay at Manchebo and can walk there and stagger back with ease. I especially enjoy the music presented by Tommy, the blind singer from Aruba. The atmosphere is great and the Balashi mugs are mmm mmm good! Go there if you want a fun, very informal evening with a laid back atmosphere and good food. I wish I was there now!!
Were should I begin, I'm the original owner of PIZZA BOB'S. Everyone who has eaten at pizza bob's after I sold them, isn't eating MY ORIGINAL RECIPE! You people are eating a made up recipe. I'm from CHICAGO, for the people who think pizza bob's is digusting, your probably right. There using Fake cheese, not a home made sauce, not the original sausage or meat that is from my families recipe! thin crust is CHICAGO STYLE PIZZA. I brought my families recipe to ARUBA...who ever owns it now, doesn't have my recipe and is making fake franchise pizza.
But who ever ate there when i owned it, knows my pizza is one of the best
PHIL, Don't get me started on new york pizza. trust me, guy really thinks hes gonna get a traditional Italian dinner in Aruba. Pathetic!
Excellent! We ate here twice on our trip and loved the Mexican pizza! One of the most relaxing outdoor patio dining spots in Aruba (Manchebo is the most relaxing he, he). Try to go when there's a live band.
We stayed right across the street (Bucuti) and had a few meals at Pizza Bob's. It is great for when you want something simple and relaxed. The pizza was very good - I loved the thin, crispy crust. Also tried salads, wings, BBQ. It was all pretty good. Only the burger was weak. I highly recommend Pizza Bob's for an enjoyable low key meal.
We love Pizza Bob's. After a long day waiting in airports and a long subsequent flight into Aruba, we can walk over and relax, kick back, have some pizza and balashis. We're usually too tired to go anywhere 'big' and Pizza Bob's is just the spot for that first night in Aruba.
After hearing good things about Pizza Bob's, my wife and I choose to give it a try.My wife ordered a pasta dish, which wasn't too bad. I, however, made a wrong choice and ordered a pizza. Being a full blooded Italian from New York, maybe my expectations were too high. I've had thin crust pizza in many states (plus in Italy). This crust was the worst. Even the toppings (which weren't too bad) couldn't save the bad pizza crust, which should be the foundation for any decent pizza. After a few slices,we boxed up the rest, paid our bill & left. I tried it cold later that night in our hotel suite ( I also like pizza cold) to no avail. Still very disappointing.Maybe I'm just a pizza snob?
