Slightly out of the way location downtown next to the harbour... However, the great food and personal, warm service will make us repeat customers. The tradional Aruban menu items are great. The cornbread with onion garnish is sooooo good and comes as a complimentary starter. Keshi Yena was delicious and the Conch with creamy garlic sauce was flavourful and perfectly cooked. Carmel flan for desert was amazing.

This is now a must do on our list. We went March 12th after seeing an article in the paper. It was so great we decided that night we would go again before our trip ended. The Keshi Yena was fantastic and was truly 'stuffed cheese' instead of in a little casserole type dish. Pan bati served with a mixture of chopped onions and Madame Jeanette pepper served with every meal was wonderful. Fried Funchi with gouda appetizer was also very tasty. My husband liked the Grouper with Creole sauce. The owner Varella was present and very charming. Authentic aruban food based on her mother's recipes. On our return trip, she even had the chef prepare an appetizer size of goat stew so we could try it. Very good I must say! I hope everyone gives this little gem of a restaurant a try.

We went to this new Restaurant in August when we were there. It is tucked at the end of the street near the cruise docks. Wonderful food and great and friendly service. It was new when we went in August and not very busy and we hope it is still open when we return this February. Very authentic and delicious genuine Aruban food. Highly recommended by this family of Foodies!!!!
