The dish is common in Spanish, Salvadoran, Panamanian, Peruvian, Philippine, Puerto Rican, Dominican, Mexican and Guatemalan cuisine, and popular in Aruba, well known as "Pisca Tempera". We found this intimate restaurant tucked in the Carrabean Palm Village. The simple menu featured a special delicious fish dish which we both enjoyed with a glass of white wine. The evening entertainment was a carnival show with talented dancers and beautiful costumes. All the guests participated in the dancing and a very good time was had by all. It is a small restaurant open to the breezes. Try it.
