I don't think this restaurant gets the notice it deserves. My boyfriend and I went there for lunch on Mar. 8, 2008. It was so good that we went there for dinner that same night. I had the beef pita for lunch while my boyfriend had the Rumba sandwich. Both were unbelievably delicious; best lunch we've had. For dinner, my boyfriend had the seafood pasta special and I had the carbonara. Again, both were amazing. We have been recommending this place to everyone we've talked to here on the island and we will definitely be going back on our last day here.

Solid food and decor, great caipirinhas. Diverse menu. My seafood was good and nicely prepared. My wife's chicken was good too. I would consider going back.

We ate here last week and was disappointed. The steak was not very tender and came well done; I ordered it rare and my husband ordered it medium rare! The potatoes were good. The lobster tail was excellent, as were the vegetables; however, I did not feel well the day after we ate there. The chocolate mousse was excellent, as usual. The service was a problem - inconsistent. We waited a long time to get a drink (as they were busy and understaffed); when it came we ordered our food and that came almost immediately (as many people had left) - too fast. The waitress explained that someone called in sick, but we have had similar problems there before. It is a cute and friendly local place, but there are others that are much better.

For lunch the Rumba Burger is the Best Aruba has to offer. But don't overlook the Restaurant for Dinner. It is located downtown and I would highly recommend Rumba.

Good food, VERY friendly service, good location, EXCELLENT caipirinhas, fair prices...you can't ask for much more. I certainly reccommend this place to anyone! If you are a fan of seafood pastas, the cartoccio was excellent.

Rumba's has been a favorite of ours since the first night we ate there a few years (5?) ago. We had a lovely dinner there last week, taking advantage of the dinner special that evening, Grouper Livornese. OMG.. It was so delicious! Fresh, moist fish beautifully prepared. Adding to that the beef carpaccio, the tomato soup, Rumba Salad...we were 'back home' again. We had our standing order of
caipirinhas and finished with their deep dish apple pie. Rumba's is managed by a professional team who's aim is to please their customers. It is without a doubt one of our favorite places to dine.

This is a breakfast favorite for us. Haven’t had lunch or dinner there yet. The breakfast was good. Great banana pancakes! They didn’t have sausage or fresh orange juice the day we went. That was a disappointment. Will be back next year.
