What a great place!! We had gone past the sign for Pinchos for several years and had not heard much about it. We decided to give it a try and are we glad we did. It is a great setting, the service was great and the food was very good. The filet with the blue cheese dark rum sauce was outstanding. The salads were also standouts and the cocktail menu was the best we saw all week! Two very big thumbs up for Pinchos.

Great ambiance and food! The restaurant is on a pier over the water with lovely soft blue lights under the pier. Very romantic place for dinner and/or drinks.
In the past everything was served on a skewer (hence the name "pinchos") but there were a couple of entrees this time that were not which was a nice variety. Husband had a mixed skewer and I had the tenderloin (both excellent.) We split their salsa salad (which I love) and we also shared a carrot cake for dessert (best carrot cake I've ever had.) Very nice evening - it's definitely a keeper on our "to do" restaurant list.

We ate at Pinchos on night 6 of our honeymoon in Aruba.
We had a nice table on the dock, altho we were on the beach side, and not the ocean side, even tho we had a 7pm reservation. We couldn't see the sunset, altho, we're not sure it was really visible from the more ocean side tables either, as there was land that jutted out to the west of Pincho's and blocked the view.
We drove, but I think it would have been easily walkable from the Renaissance.
As with our experience with Marandi, Passions, and The Old Man and the Sea, we found that 90% of the experience was the water front seating. The food itself was an A-.
My conclusion from trying most of top-5 beachfront locations is that you should do at least 1, but after that, perhaps better food can be had at locations without the beachfront seating, nice as it is (and without quite the price premium they can command)

We went to a pre-wedding Welcome Party here and the food that they served was wonderful. We definitely need to go back next year for dinner. With the food and the nice atmosphere (on a pier over the water with pretty blue lights shining in the water), it's a great place!

Reservation started off with being asked to sit at the bar, table not ready for about 30 minutes. Beautiful pier location, with tables overlooking the water. Enjoyed the coconut shrimp with mango sauce and the grouper. Both were enjoyable but nothing special. Service was very spotty. Would probably return only for cocktails at the bar.

The evening at Pinchos was one of the highlights of our Aruba trip. The location out on the pier is inviting, romantic and very beautiful. The food was interesting and delicious and the cocktails superb. Finally, the service - both the waiters and the bar-tender - were extremely friendly. We'll be back soon.

You can not miss Pinchos Grill when driving from the airport towards Oranjestad but make sure to actually go there, it is so worth it! Perfect skewers and tuna tataki, best quality in one of the best caribean atmospheres. Thousands of small lights and an excellent staff make this a special evening for everyone!

Most romantic place on Aruba. Everything's just great here. Atmosphere, service, food, etc.
Dine at sunset and have an unforgettable evening. We've dined here several times (and came by for drinks at the bar) and it's always nice at Pinchos.
Desert is maybe not among the best when it comes to choices, but take a cocktail instead. :)
