Leave your kids at home and check this place out. So far, the best food we've had on the island. I had the Chilean Sea Bass, it was delicate and almost juicy. We ate on one of the beds, which was actually not as bad as I expected. Staff was very attentive and courteous. Try the Catena Malbec, great for the price. We visit Flying Fishbone later this week and expect the same high quality, fingers crossed!

My husband and I enjoyed an excellent meal at the Screaming Eagle whilst staying in Aruba.
The food, presentation and service were all great and the restaurant had a very unique style.
We would definitely recommend eating here - a little pricey - but you get what you pay for!

What an experience!! You feel like a Greek God being served on beds with flowing white curtains. It is Miami cool, with New York Chic with a unique Arubian flavor.
Well worth a visit for smiling staff, great ambiance, and some amazing memories! And we only stayed inside, the patio is super cool too!
Good wine list and a very extensive bar to boot!

We had our last dinner here after a two week trip. Wish we had tried it earlier, as we would have returned. The food was wonderful...I had the Tai Carmelized Shrimp which was so very tasty....and my husband had the duck which he cannot stop raving about. The staff was super friendly and attentive. Nice wine selection too! Can't wait to return next year, hope they keep up the good work. The only negative was the area surrounding the restaurant. Right past the outside terrace there was a lot of garbage strewn, it was hard not to notice. They should try to keep it a bit cleaner, being such an upscale restaurant. But don't let this stop you from trying it out.

This restaurant was a memorable experience. Just the ambiance was a great experience! The chefs Carte Blanche was very impressive and the taste was delightful. Even the presentation of the food was a sight to see. The chefs wine pairings where absolutely perfect! This was by far my favorite Aruban restaurant experience!

This has to be one of our favorite restaurants on the island! The food, presentation, ambiance, and service is always perfect! We've been here several times over the years and we've always had the best dinner experience. To top off a great dinner we always get the the la tazza famossa and the tarte tatin for dessert!

We chose Screaming Eagle for our anniversary after all the great reviews and menu options. We decided to eat outside, which was nice. We received the wine list which had many wines with white out over the prices. When asked about it, the waitress told us they do not carry those wines anymore. The web site still says they do. How can you not update your wine menu or even your web site which is so prevalent today. Then we ordered Atlantic Halibut and Snapper. When the Halibut came out we thought something was wrong, the Halibut had nothing to do with Atlantic Halibut but seemed more like Chilean Sea bass which is more of a spongy fish. Atlantic Halibut is a solid white fish. When we asked the waitress, she went and asked the cook and the response was it is Halibut but Pacific Halibut from Sweden or something. If this is the case and the two Halibuts are so different tell the customer of the change before they order it. This is not what I expected from one of the top restaurants in Aruba.

Went to Aruba April, 2010; just got back and had to write this review because our meal at the Screaming Eagle was one of the best meals I've ever had. There were four of us that went here for dinner and each got something different, but all said their meal was excellent. We all had the artichoke carpaccio appetizer, however, and I can't even begin to describe how good it was. You must try this if you go. I don't think anyone could be disappointed with this restaurant. The wait staff and the chef, whom was nice enough to come to our table and talk to us, were extremely nice, which just added to the experience. Unfortunately, we were too full to eat dessert so I couldn't rate that, but doubt that it would be any different than what we experienced with our appetizer and entrees.
