Went here with my husband on 7/1. Based on all the 10's on this website I expected much more. Quiet was an understatement, there was no one in the restaurant. Food was comparable to my local chinese take out, good if you're looking for a quick bite but not recommended if you're looking for a romantic dinner with quality food. I Doubt we'll be back since there's other much nicer places to eat in the immediate area.

A friend told us about this place and we checked it out. Its a cozy quiet restaurant with reasonable prices. I had the grouper in curry sauce and my wife had the Massaman Curry with chicken and cashews. For dessert we can recommend the Fried Banana with coconut ice. Hopi dushi ! Will go back asap.

I had Beef and Broccoli and the wife had Oyster beef. Food was good, service was good. The place was empty for dinner which was rather strange for what we've always experienced in Aruba's restaurants. Not your authentic Thai but not too bad for a quick take-out style Asian dinner. Will skip in the future.

Your typical Asian restaurant you would find in any American mall. Food was OK but not what I would go out of my way for again. Service was good though.

After visiting Sawasdee it is incomprehensible to me why would anyone go to all those Italian restaurants charging $$$ for a bowl of spaghetti or indistinguishable clones of big US restaurants chains with overpriced food and terrible, slow service.
This place has a great ambiance, food is juicy, fresh and delicious, service is superb, prices are reasonable - a really great treat for your vacation.
And it is just about 3 extra minutes walk from the main high rise area promenade.

Coming back after some month I found the service and food as good as
before. We had the grouper with basil and green beans which was very
tasty and the Pad Thai, made for me with chicken and peanut sauce. We had to take some of the noodles home to leave place for the dessert, Thai Banana with coconut ice cream mmmmmmh
Be back for sure next visit !

I had the garlic chick and my husband had the prawns with basil and some sauce with green beans. Overall the food was good (not great), the garlic tasted like it was out of a jar and not fresh garlic, I'm picky about that. My husband said his dinner was just "ok". Service was fair, alittle overbearing at time. Probably won't be back since there's so many other nicer restaurants on the island. We didn't use the rest rooms or have desert so we can't rate those.

This restaurant is typical to your basic Asian restaurant in the States. Food was OK, service was Good but not worth the 10's I'm seeing on this site. Incidentally, the waiter gave us this website and highly encouraged us to write a good review for them. Never saw this site but after reading the reviews I'm shocked why so many people gave this place 10's. Both my wife and I had the chicken with cashews and the cashews actually tasted stale, must not be a popular dish.

We went to this restuarant for my friends birthday and waht a great choice. The restaurant was nice and simple but this was not why this restuarant is so popular - the food and service is excellent bar none. The host/owner Pete made our experience quite pleasant. He even gave my friend and me a bottle of champagne on the house and held the door for us while we were leaving. THe food is so fresh and authentic but not overpowering like many other thai dishes. I must saythis made our experience worthwhile
