We recently returned from Aruba and experienced A Taste of Belguim for the first time. Our only disappointment was that the beer we had wanted to try was still on the boat coming from Belguim! I had escargots with wild mushrooms and it was wonderful. Everyone else in our party enjoyed their meals as well. We will return!

Based on comments made by reviewers on this site and others, we decided to add Taste of Belgium to our list of dining option while visiting Aruba. We are glad we did. Great food and service. Although our group ordered mostly from the lunch menu, we found the selections fresh and delicious. The steak sandwich on ciabatta bread and burger were excellent. They serve good fries and our beer selections were very good. Wish I could have tried more. Will definitely stop in again on next visit. I also saw that TOB is constructing a downtown (Oranjestad) location near the marina. This is a good bet for a good quality meal.

We loved this ouside restaurant!!! We have been to Belgium numerous times and love the beer, this restaurant has a nice selection of beer and the pomme frites w/ sauce was excellent. We ate the biggest cheese burgers, drank great beer, sat outside and watched a lazer show.... this place was great. We recommend this Belgium treat to everyone.

The early bird (5-7 PM) three course meal deal is the best on island. Had french onion soup, pan-fried grouper w/mashed potatoes and ice cream for dessert, all for $25. One of my kids didn't like anything on the menu and chef made a lunch sandwich for her. Thank you so much! We'll visit again.

We stopped by this new addition to Aruba twice while on the island. They have a great selection of Belgium beers. To make it even more special, each beer is served in bar ware specific to each. They also make some great tropical drinks.
Our meal consisted of the Salad Nicoise and the sandwich special of day. Both were very good.
We sat outside and enjoyed the people watching and a cool breeze. The also feature a three course meal for around 35.00 from 5-7. The menu looked great but we didn't make it back. We'll surely be back here again on our next trip.

Unfortunately we did not find this place till half way through our week stay in Nov. 2007. We had our last 3 dinners there and it was awesome every time. Great beer is hard to find in Aruba, but not here. The food was very good as well and the serving staff were terrific. When we come back to Aruba it will be hard to go anywhere else. After 23 years of visiting Aruba this is our favorite place.

Had a great lunch here - tuna salad and crab salad sandwiches! Nice array of Belgium beers as well so we had a few Duvels with lunch. Will have to give dinner a try on our next trip.
