Just visited this restaurant and loved it! I cannot figure out why it was almost empty on a Saturday night at 8:00 because the food was great. We had 2 kinds of ceviche, both delicious. Also 2 different rolls - the plantain roll was fabulous. The prices were a little high (rolls averaged about $15 each). And there was a great outdoor bar area. Maybe it gets busy as a late night place? Anyway, I highly recommend Gari and Wasabi!

I went to eat at Gari n Wasabi with a friend of mine a few weeks ago. And we tried a variety of rolls that I haven't eaten anywhere else. And they were delicious. After this Gari n Wasabi became my favorite sushi restaurant on the island. There are some improvements to be done with communication, because several times different people came to our table to ask us the same question about the dessert. And at the end the dessert we wanted was not available. But I would recommend everyone who eats here to try the Plantain Roll..It's great!

A nice surprise. We hoped for a wider range of entrees, because my husband doesn't care much for sushi rolls, but even he enjoyed his meal very much. The 4 selections we tasted were very different and all delicious. The service was friendly and efficient.
