Nice food and ambiance with easy listening live music (a little loud at times). Friendly service but we had to wait too long. The restaurants was busy but with four waiters and two bartenders they should be able to handle it. Saw a couple leave because they did not get any attention. Saw guests sitting on the couch, waiting for a table without drinks. People waiting too long for drinks. Guests getting up and going to the waiter or bar to place their own orders. Disappointing service but I'd give it another chance for the food.

Went to this new restaurant in December
Very nice experience. Had lunch and dinner there, and was happy both times with the food and the service. We will come back again this year.

CILO is a relatively new dining place in DOWNTOWN. We did a lunch there and tried to get back to do a dinner. Unfortunatly, we did not make it. But, our lunch experience was a good one and we are looking forward to returning next year to see how this place progresses. With all the changes in the DOWNTOWN area, CILO is a promising dining spot which should be tried. Food is good and prices are fine. Service does need a bit of improvement - you can get lost here. Go anyways.

My wife and I spent two weeks in Aruba in November/December. We lunched at CILO three times because of the excellent food and our favorite Aruban server, Anna from Holland. We began to refer to CILO as "Anna's Place".
