After reading other reviews for The Hang Out on this site I was very tentative about dining there. After my experience I was surprised that there could have ever been a bad experience here for anybody. We went during dinner on Wednesday evening, the food was excellent and the staff, including the manager was very pleasant and eager to serve us. The drinks were delicious as well. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone. It is a casual setting but I wasn't real crazy about the decor. White walls on which what seemed to be everyone since early 2000 visiting had made their mark. That's about the only bad thing I can say, it just didn't compliment the meal or the service standard that they showed us. I could see some turning away from eating there due to that alone, don't let it deter you.

La Cabana GM said that this retaurant was only temporary, Thank God! We ordered Shrimp which tasted like rubber, cheeseburgers were overcooked.A NY.style deli would be the answer to this building.Should have known better when we did't see too many patrons. Another choice would be an "Olive Garden". Oh well, wishful thinking.Will go to "King Ribs"next time when we first arrive.

Restaurant is where the former Outback Steakhouse was. A poor replacement for the steakhouse.
