This was our first dinner on our first night in Aruba, and it was a bit of a let down. My wife and I went for the early bird special, and maybe that was why. She had the fish (grouper) and i had the filet mignon. it was basically a boring hunk of beef. generic steamed veggies came with the meal. Beef soup was the soup of the day, and reminded me of something out of a can. Service could have been better- we were seated right away, but we sat for probably a good 5-10 before someone even came by. She took our drink orders (water and wine). She brough the wine quickly, but we sat a few extra minutes without water (pretty thirsty as we have already been sitting almost 15 min at this point).

Nothing special here- if you've tried the other places already and looking for something different, then give this place a whirl.

While we only stayed in Aruba for 8 days, we made a point of revisiting Tango before we left. Both times the meals were very good and the service by Franklyn (both times) was exceptional. This was our favorite resturant for the service alone.

We had planned on going to Wacky Wahoo’s again since we enjoyed our meal there on Monday so much, but they were booked & didn’t have an opening until 8:30+. We have to stop recommending this place to folks sitting next to us at the beach. So we went to high-rise area, walked around checking out the restaurants & kiosks (DW bought some gifts). We decided to try Tango’s since we’ve never gone there. There was a singer playing right in front of Tango’s – we recognized him from MJ’s and the Seaport restaurants. Don’t know his name, but he’s very good. Tonight, he did a medley of Don McLean songs in addition to many others. DW had the grouper & I had the Prime NY strip. Portions were large, but we weren’t that hungry. DW loved the grouper, but only ate half. My steak was tender, but was not well trimmed & I had a mountain of fat piled up when I finished the steak. Wine was just OK – not as good as some of the other places. Cost with 15% SC & extra tip = 82.90

Tango was an exceptional dining experience, especially for meat lovers. The skewers of meat were tremendous - I had the mixed grill and my wife had chicken. The outdoor dining, combined with the sounds of a man playing vibes on the walkway, was the best we've had on the island. Highly recommended, unless you're a vegetarian!

My husband and I enjoy this restaurant every year when we visit Aruba. The early bird special is a great deal. The food is always delicious. We used to go to El Gaucho for our steaks in Aruba but have found Tango's to meet and exceed our expectations. My only complaint this year is that we had some of our kids and we ordered 3 pitchers of soda, for a whopping $54.00!! Outrageous. Besides this we highly recommend this restaurant.

I ate at about 12 different places while in Aruba and this restaurant was the best! After having eating at most of the places typically recommended for tourist, I walked by this one and stopped it. It far exceeded my expectations! It was an amazingly wonderful dining experience. The staff are attentive and friently but not smothering. The food was absolutely delicious--the most flavorful I had while on the island. I would definitely dine there again!

We found this to be one of the best deals in Aruba. Went there twice for the $49 for 2. You got 2 glasses of wine included (great sangria) and a medley of meats, chicken, sausage, corn, veggies, bread and my daughter had fettucine (very good)off the kids menu for $10. Meats were excellent, actually better than Ruth Chris, which we paid a fortune for.

We went to the Early Bird special, the food was excellent, San Gria was very good and the staff was very friendly. One of the few meals we ate over 12 days that we felt was a bargain.
