You get what you pay for - Ruth's Chris costs a lot, but the food and experience is worth it. My wife and I tried the "$89 for two" meal special, and we both left full and satisfied. My order came back wrong, which resulted in my low ranking for service. I assume this was an aberration. Very nice, high-class dining.

This is most overrated restaurant on Aruba!!
They are supposed to have the best steaks on the island, the prices they handel sure fit this profile but when the cook prepares the fillet till it tastes like liver something is wrong.
The personel is very pretentious. They have no kids menu, and they sure like to speed up things, when we were still finishing our first course the main course was already waiting next to the table.
We suggest that you keep your money in your pocket and spend it in the numerous other good restaurants on Aruba.

Outstanding steaks and lamb chops, as you would expect from this quality steakhouse. Good caesar salad and an unbelievably good sweet potato and pecan casserole. It's expensive, but you get what you pay for. Dinner for four, no drinks, no desserts, two salads and two sides was around $250.

We have been to this steakhouse and loved it but Aruba we felt it was overpriced and my husband's $50 steak was not anything special. The filet was very good but we went there so my husband could get a good steak. For the amount we paid, we should have gone elsewhere.

Seriously overpriced. I ate alone as my travel companion was not feeling well. I had a salad for $9 that was a reasonable size but not large enough to have shared. But $46 for a steak! Supposedly USDA prime and a decent piece of meat, but not nearly as good as the rib eye that I had the previous week at El Gaucho for $29 (and that included three sides). The bread was delicious and hot. Service was upscale but after my meal was served I never saw my server, just the "water lady". I wouldn't go back since there are other, better options. The $89 meal deal didn't help since I was only one person and I didn't like any of the 4 entree options. They offer a 22 oz lobster tail (seriously large) - for $110. I wonder how many of those are sold.

Yay! This meal made me sooo happy. A great salad, great filet mignon, great dessert! And fabulous drinks. Oh yeah, they had a special: two meals off the prix fixe menu for $89 - TOTAL. Does it get better than that - NO!

My husband and I ate here this past June while we were staying at the Surf Club. We chose this restaurant because it was within walking distance and we thought they had a promotion that would make our dining here affordable. Needless to say, the promotion had not started yet, but we decided "what the heck we're on vacation, let's give it a try." I must say that I had no intention on eating at a "chain" restaurant when we were in Aruba, but I'm so glad we did. This was by far the best meal and service we had the whole week.

This was our first meal on the island after a long day of traveling and it was the right decision. Very relaxing upscale environment. One of the better Ruth's Chris we've eaten at. Salads & App's are fantastic (BBQ Shrimp are out of this world!). Service was very attentive. Steaks were cooked to perfection and came out with the signature Ruth's sizzle. Marriott made an excellent decision to include this restaurant on their resort property.

The bread comes out hot and very very good. apps were great. The lobster bisque was tasty and it was a bowl not a cup, and the salad was plenty big too. We both got a filet and it was a wonderful cut of meat and cooked just right. The butter was a little much but it does make the dish. The dessert was HUGE!!! It was pricy, paying $175 for dinner IS high, BUT we don't usually get Apps AND dessert so it doesn't have to be that much. You may want to have a few beers before you get there but... I left there FULL AND HAPPY so it was worth the money.
I would make this a must have when visiting the island!!

In my view overpriced for the same food quality as many of the other steakhouses on the island. Service was excellent but the steak plates are too small to get much of anything else on and sides are huge (Ok, you are certainly paying for that much but you need to share them). We spent $210 on dinner for 2 including a bottle of wine (wine list is another thing that is hardly cheap) and I know many restaurants on the island where you could get 2 good meals (including wine both times)for that money. My advice is go elsewhere!
