Fred Royal Aruba

Fred was highly recommended to me by a great friend who really knows the Aruba restaurant scene. His top pic was Fred.....Coming from the NYC area I know great food...not that there aren't many cities with great chefs and restaurants . Fred was different. not stuffy and really relaxed. as you were eating at the best chef in your families home.
Both Tommie and Fred perfected that. The champagne welcome on the balcony...conversation with other guests..meeting Tommie and Fred. The smell of the courses being prepared and explained . Tommie perfectly pairing the wine selection with each course. From the wine welcome ,five amazing food courses, to the after dinner drinks on the balcony with fred, tommy, and other guests, The evenings are no less than perfect. Thank you Fred and Tommie for dinning experience like no other. You are the level everyone else is striving for. perfection perfected.

extremely well polished place. casual yet elegant food and ambiance. meeting nice people and getting 5 star food and wine is well worth the planning ahead for this place. Fred is great and his experience in the industry shows through. it is an evening well spent enjoying great food. we were there for about 3 1/2 hours and it seemed to go by too quickly. everything was excellent.
