Las Ramblas
Our terrace restaurant named after the famous boulevard in Barcelona. Tapas are small snacks which you can eat as an appetizer. Complete your meal with a main course from the charcoal grill.
As your personal chef, I only use the finest ingredients and prepare the dishes "a la minute". Due to the fact that we are on an island, please forgive me if a menu item of your choice happens to be unavailable.

Great TAPAS, had several different items and they were so good we reordered many of them. as good if not better than any fine restaurant in New York City or Madrid. would definitely go back there again. friendly wait staff, great atmosphere and generous wine pours.

I just got back from Aruba on Sunday and I must say one of our best meals was at Las Ramblas at LaCabana. We were a party of 14 and all loved there meals. The rack of lamb was the best my friend ever tasted. I had the grouper and it was fabulous. Some of my friends had the steak and they said it melted in your mouth. They cook right ourdoors on the patio, beautiful place! The guitar player added a nice background to a lovely dinner. Please try it, you will not be disappointed!!

I had in previous years avoided this restaurant as La Cabana's other restaurants were always mediocre. This year I decided to try Las Ramblas on my last night and I enjoyed my meal immensely. 1.) The food was delicious and well-prepared, 2.) the prices are very reasonable. My petite tenderloin was an excellent piece of beef for $22. My wife selected the eggplant app and steamed mussel tapas and both were very good. The service was a bit slow as it is almost everywhere in Aruba, but the restaurant is a solid eatery and the al fresco beachfront location wonderful.

Las Ramblas was a perfect place to go where its quiet, romantic, aruba breeze blowing and the food was wonderful. My wife had Lamb and she loved it while i enjoyed a chicken special and found it perfectly cooked and tenderly moist. We drank a Free Sangria, which was a first for us, and we ended up having a few more afterwards, they were great. Try Las Ramblas, its good food with a romantic outdoor ambience.

Las Ramblas deserves the hidden gem label. The prices are very reasonable. This Eagle Beach restaurant is tucked in an outdoor courtyard behind the La Cabana Resort. It is facing the beach. Overall the food was some of the best I had on the island. All of the entrees are prepared on a charcoal grill, so it has the smoky flavor that can only come from outdoor grilling. I ordered the grilled snapper and my wife ordered the surf and turf (petite fillet and 4 giant prawns). We shared the octopus ceviche, which was very flavorful and tender. The only negative is, the restaurant needs some citronella torches to keep the flies at bay for the outdoor dining. It was a distraction to fan our plates while dining. The waiter did bring a citronella candle to our table after we asked, which seemed to help.

My husband and I had a romantic Valentine's Dinner at Las Ramblas. The Cornish Hen Dinner was out of this world! My husband had a great juciy steak! They have nice wine and reasonably priced!

We'll be back every year!

As LaCabana owners, it's tradition for us to dine there the first night we arrive. My wife loves the tapas. This year, while there's been a location change, seems there's a menu change as well. The tapas menu was limited and most of items from last year eliminated. My chicken was over-cooked. Lamb chops which are usually fav's of ours, were simply ok. Not completely certain what the potato side dish was (what happened to the mashed from previous years?). Disappointed this year. So much so, we only went the one time.

What a terrific find! Nestled in a small area across the street from Eagle Beach at La Cabana, the tapas were terrific, as were the grilled meats. Service was excellent as well. One of our best dinners on the island.

We are owners at LaCabana BRC. Last year we ate at Las Ramblas and were so pleased with it that we decided to dine there again. BIG mistake. I had only wanted tapas and knew exactly what I wanted. They were out of cherry tomatoes. The dressing on my feta salad and my husband's salade nicoise were the same....come on, one from Greece and one from France, you don't dress them the same. My husband had wanted to shrimp but they were out of it and guess what happened when I ordered a glass of Sauvignon Blanc....they brought me a Chardonnay like I wouldn't notice the difference! The waiter who just wanted to be out of there and go home, tried again but found out they were out of it. This same old song was getting old. We felt the quality of the food was poor, the service was poor and needless to say we will not dine there again this trip or next year.

We arrived at La Cabana on 02/17/07 and found this inviting courtyard dining area our first night there. We were pleasantly surprised.

Our waiter, Juan Carlos, was friendly and attentive. Tapas was a concept new to me but not my dining companion as we ordered about 10 different items for a late night meal. Very satisfying.

We stopped by again the next evening and ordered the fish of the day, sea bass. Tender, flakey and some of the best my dining companion had ever eaten and certainly the best ever for me.

We dined a 3rd time and were not disappointed. When we asked for the best fish of the day, the cook from the grill suggested mahi-mahi instead of the red snapper. Again we were very pleased and I personally tipped the cook and thanked him for his suggestion.

Seek it out and find a hidden gem.
