Passions on the Beach
A dinner at Passions on the Beach is far and away the most romantic and unique Aruba restaurant experience on the island. Dine with your feet in the soft white sand and the soothing sound of the gentle waves caressing the shore. Watch the breathtaking sunset on Eagle Beach while tiki-torches slowly light the night. The fresh cuisine varies from meat to freshly caught fish while the desserts offer an indulgent treat you won't forget.

My husband and I had the pleasure of dining at Passions twice during our recent visit. The first time was for our anniversary. The ambiance, service, and food were wonderful. It was so good that we returned for a second visit. We have never had a dish that we didn't like at Passions. Their Seven Seas platter is "to die" for. Everything is so fresh.

We returned for a second visit to eat great food, watch the sunset again, and to hear Lenny Lake sing. He is a wonderful singer who projects such warmth and emotions.

All in all, Passions is a must. Whether you are a honeymooner or not, the food, atmosphere, and friendly service can't be beat. October 2009

Dinner at Passions was a dream come true. Everything was excellent. The food, The Staff, The atmosphere. Even our server ASKED if she could take pictures of us together. This was the best dinning experience on the the island for us. Would recommend Passions to everyone I know. Thank You for a great Anniversary Dinner

I can honestly report that the two evenings we dined at Passions were truly fabulous. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the food was delicious and the views outstanding.

My Wife was amazed at how their staff created such wonderful culinary delights from such a small area!

We would not hesitate in going back to Passions when and if we go back to Aruba.

This was our 3rd year going to Passions, and as before we were very pleased. It is the most romantic dinner we had on the Island. Dinner and dancing in the sand under the stars. The food is ok not the best on the Island but we will return next year just for the romantic setting.

Our dining experience far surpassed our expectations and we were very impressed by our first visit to Passions in 2008. The wait staff was professional and very personable, as always. They make us feel at home and seem to cater, and anticipate, our every wish. They allow us to take our time between courses and enjoy the exquisite food and romantic setting. The food was again truly excellent and prepared and served in a timely fashion.

Passions is an absolute "must" for our visits to Aruba and we will be booking reservations for two nights at Passions during our next vacation. My wife and I are eagerly anticipating our 2010 vacation to Aruba and joining the Passions team for what we believe to be the best dining experience on the island for quality and a romantic setting.

Very nice place, service was top notch. Waiter was very friendly, & courtous. Drinks arived fast as did the food.

If you are looking for a very romantic place for your other half, this is it! Very profesional service, great, no, outstanding food! You need not go any where else!

Marc, I just wanted to thank you for a very memorable time in Aruba. Our dinner at your "Passions" restaurant at the beach was out standing, the food, the service, & most importantly, the view. Just speechless! My wife thought that I had paid allot of money to arrange dinner on the beach, this was funny. She asked me how much it cost (shes always on top of our spending) and I replied that I did not no, cause we had not ordered yet. The cost was the same as any where and the food was better and the atmosphere was allot grander. Thank you and your staff again for making our 15 year anniversary the best one we have ever had.

We saved Passions for our last evening in Aruba since this is one of DW’s favorites. We ordered the drinks, wine & food (DW ordered coconut shrimps & I ordered the Strip steak). Was taking a while & kept looking for our waitress. The dinners arrived, but no drinks or wine. I asked the server that brought the food about the beverages, but he just said “waiter”. The drinks and wine arrived when we were half-way through the meal. I told the waitress to take the drinks back as we wanted them before dinner. The waitress didn’t apologize. My steak was just OK – the menu doesn’t specify the weight & I guess it was around 8 to 10 ozs. I noticed that DW wasn’t eating much of the shrimps & asked her if it was OK – she mentioned that she had a spoiled shrimp & the rest were under-cooked. We’ve been going to Passions every year since going to Aruba – I never thought that much of the food - to me it was OK, but I couldn’t compare the food to some of the better places (like Chalet Suisse). DW always enjoyed it before this dinner. The appeal of Passions is mainly the atmosphere, but as Confucius said – You can’t eat atmosphere. There are other places on the beach & we’ll give those a try. Passions is off our list. Cost with SC (no extra tip) was 71.95

Passions was the last dinner we had during our honeymoon. We made our reservation for 6pm to catch the sunset which was spectacular. Service was o.k. My wife had to remind the waiter for her second glass of champaign. The food was not as good as The Flying Fishbone. Overall it was a great experience to eat dinner and watch the sunset with your feet in the sands. However, we probably wouldn't go back.

Had dinner on our first night in Aruba on Sept.6. It was a very pretty setting and felt nice to have the sand in our toes. The food was good but the portion wasn't to large. I ordered the Lobster and Shrimp dinner which was if I remember was $44.00 u.s. The Lobster Tail was so tiny that they should have given you two of them. All in all we had a nice night but would not go back.
