Passions on the Beach

My husband and I went to Passions on Oct. 18th, 2007 for our 10th anniversary and LOVED it! We could not have asked for a more romantic setting. And the food was fantastic! Nothing is better then sitting on the beach with your toes in the sand, watching the sunset! We highly recommend this restaurant to all others looking for a truely special evening, one you will always remember!

I can't thank the people of Passions enough for making my husband's birthday celebration so special. Our sunset table was spectacular, Wieke was a wonderful hostess and the meal was perfectly prepared. The music, the surprise dessert, the ambiance and the wonderful employees....perfection! My husband and I agree that our visit to this restaurant was the highlight of our vacation. We will continue to visit Passions every time we come to Aruba and we will be sure to recommend it very highly to all of our friends.

My wife and I celebrated our anniversary. After visiting several of the best restaurants, the surroundings and service was outstanding. The service was one of the best that we have experienced. The only minor critic is to have less sauce on the meals - the sauce was heavy was on the steak and tuna.

We chose Passions Restaurant to celebrate our special anniversary and I have to say, we loved it! The food was excellent and the setting is absolutely amazing. We had a table close to the water, so we had a first class seat to watch Aruba's beautiful sunset! I would definitely advice everyone to visit this place before you leave the island!

A great restaurant with perfect food. The setting is wonderful! You are sitting on the beach with your feet in the sand. Very friendly staff and great with kids! I definetly recommend everyone who goes to Aruba to visit this restaurant!

My wife and I ate at Passions and loved everything about it.We highly recommend this restaurant and look forward to eating there next year.

Before leaving for Aruba, we made reservations to eat here, based on the many recommendations we had read. We were not disappointed!! Service was welcoming, friendly and attentive, and made it seem like they were happy to help make a special night for their guests. Can't beat watching a sunset, playing footsies in the sand, beautifully set tables, amazing food and drinks and perfect service! I had a special that included grouper and shrimp, and my fiance had a filet mignon that we're still talking about! Food was served in perfect portions, dessert was great too! Once the staff realized my fiance had just proposed to me there, they made us feel even more special. The man playing the piano and singing was talking to us, trying to get us to dance, asking us what song we wanted to hear. After a lovely few hours, we made our way across the sand to catch the bus, which we missed... and the servers ended up calling us back to our table and gave us two more drinks on the house!! Definitely make time to go here while in Aruba!!

The food was excellent. I had the “Caribbean Coconut Shrimp”. My wife had the “Hot Shrimps” The service was good. I think the management should add one more to the wait staff to make the service quicker. The added live entertainment was a nice touch. What can I say about the ambiance, we were sitting on the beach at sunset in Aruba. Will definitely be back next year.

Great food, great service and staff and a beautifull and romantic setting! Had a great evening! We definetly recommend this everybody, especially to couples, because it is so romantic at the beach!
