This was our very first time that we had eaten at Blossoms and let me tell you that we LOVED it. Fai was a terrific hostess and our cook was awesome. The food was incredible and I would go back again. We celebrated our sons 12th birthday here and he was so happy - he loved being able to stand with the chef and throw the egg up and he CAUGHT it - we had 14 people with us and everyone loved their meal. The handcloths that Fai handed us to cleanse our hands was so warm and smelled to nice, that I asked for the secret ingredients, however I was only told that the towels were sprayed with a perfume. I would buy it if I could. Thanks Blossoms for an evening that we will never forget. I hope to come back one day again for another superb meal.

I was really looking forward to this restaurant, but had an awful meal. We ate on the Chinese side. We started with the appetizer platter that included various items. They were ok, but most leaned more toward Japanese than Chinese. I ordered General Tsao's chicken. It was incredibly dark brown, greasy and did not have the texture of chicken. It did not taste good and I only ate a little bit of it. Afterward I told my husband about the texture and he thought it might have been duck. I really couldn't tell you for sure what kind of meat it was and it made my stomach turn. My husband ordered a dish that said it had seafood, vegetables and a white wine sauce (Seafood Delight or something like that). It did have seafood and vegetables, but it was all drown in butter. I have never seen so much butter used in a Chinese dish before. The staff was nice and as was the atmosphere, but it was the worst food we had on the island. Appetizers, 2 main courses, 1 iced tea, 1 diet coke, with tax and tip was $100.

Likeable, but somewhat unremarkable, chinese/japanese mixer. We went once and had the sitting at the bar. The service was fast enough, the chef didn't force us into chit-chat and the sushi was good, although the fish selection was strangely reminiscent of what you get in chinese-owned sushi places in NYC. Don't expect anything caught fresh off the island that day, but you probably won't be disappointed either. Was better than the other pan-asian place at the hyatt, Japenga. Considering all the choices, I would definitely recommend this place.

We enjoyed Blossoms. We had Chinese & Sushi. The atmoshere is nice. They didn't have a drink menu when I asked which I thought was odd. We just did house wine by the glass. They have a place where the chef cooks in front of you. It looked like fun.

We ate there on 3/11, and came away very happy with the food. We sat and ordered Chinese, but also ordered off the sushi menu.

Food was good, service was excellent. Nice ambiance.

We went with two other families - total of 11 people including 5 kids ranging from 4-7. The staff was very accomodating and got us all around 1 table to watch chef Jimmy do the cooking. He was very entertaining both for the kids and the adults. All the food was very good with large portions - plenty of leftovers for lunch the next day.

I recently returned from 8 days in Aruba and this was definitely one of the best restaurants we ate at. The ambiance and service were excellent. Our server was gracious and very on top of things. The food was wonderful and served on serving platters, which made it easy to share with others at the table. Everything we ate was excellent in both taste and presentation. Highly recommended.

This was one of our favorite restaurants on our recent 7 night stay. There were 4 of us and each of us got something different off the Chinese menu. We shared tastes and everyone liked all of the entrees. Entrees included filet mignon, garlic chicken, General Tsao's chicken, and Paradise chicken. The sushi and the soups were excellent, as well. Our server was extremely professional and pleasant, but never made us feel rushed despite a waiting line outside the front doors. The ambience, prices, decor, service and food were all top notch. Next time we'll try the Japanese side for comparison.

I don’t know why this restaurant is rated number 1. In my opinion it should not be anywhere in the top 10. The food is good but the menu is very limited. We had a hard time finding something to eat for our 2 and 4 year old (no broccoli dishes on the menu).
We decided to go to this restaurant based on its rating but I guess we expected more than what we got.
