Chalet Suisse

I took my sister to Chalet Suisse as a special evening for looking after me after the death of my husband and also my surgery. We had a wonderful evening. Humphrey was our server. We shared the chateaubriand for two which was excellent. We had cremebrulee for dessert which was wonderful. We highly recommend this restaurant. Last year my husband and I went to Chalet. He was on oxygen at the time. The waitstaff at Chalet were very accomodating. They seated us near a plug so we could plug in my husband's O2 concentrator. Thank you Chalet Suisse. Lois

We have been going to Aruba for the last 25 years and always make it a point to eat at Chalet Suisse at least twice during our two week stay. The restuarant is one of the most consistant and friendly places on the Island. Benny and Rudy always make you feel welcomed and Humphrey our table catain as usual was great paying attention to evry detail.

Our first time, we brought 2 guest. The entire experience was outstanding. We have great steak houses in Columbus, Ohio, nothing any more superior than we experienced tonight at Chalet Suisse. We will be back. Thanks!

We had the best appetizers and desserts this week at Chalet Suisse. We had a seafood appetizer that was wonderful and an avacado appetizer that was out of this world. We split the surf-n-turf. Unfortunately, both the steak and the lobster were overcooked. This could be because they serve their entrees on scalding hot plates. But, the dessert was magnificent. We probably would go back and give the entree another shot. It is a charming restaurant with very fast and friendly service. However, it seems to be geared towards old people who all know the owner, "Benny".

We jsut love Chalet Suisse. We have been comeing to the island for over 20 years. Every time we make it a point to eat several times at Chalet Suisse. Our waiter Huphrey could be more attenative to our needs.
This year we came to the island for 3 weeks and will eat at Chalet Suisse at least 5 times.

we visired Aruba for our honeymoon in january 2009 and have to say that Chalet suisse was the best place we ate all holiday. the food, service and overall appearence of the place was second to none, if only i could rate more than 10 i would. our server was Humphrey who was a delight to talk to, even if he did think Liverpool would win the Premier Legue this year (were evertonions) to anyone visiting aruba you have to make a point of going to Chalet susisse, you will not be dissapointed

TRY THE CHOCOLATE FONDUE!

We've been visiting Aruba since 1999, most years twice a year for 3 weeks at a time. Chalet Suisse is always a must, usually several times each trip.

The service is attentive without being intrusive; the food is outstanding -- taste, portion, presentation. Desert, when one has room for it, is delicious!

At our most recent visit, Humphrey was our excellent server.

We have been visiting Aruba for 8 years now, and each time make sure to visit the Chalet Suisse, sometimes twice in our week stay. Love the food and the atmosphere, the service is also top notch. During our last visit we were served by Humphrey, who was both friendy yet very professional. I would recomend this restaurant to all my friends and family.

We've been dining at Chalet Suisse since we purchased our timeshare in Aruba 3 years ago and we love it! The food and ambiance couldn't be better!
We are usually celebrating a birthday and they really make it an evening to remember! They always make us feel special and I especially like the way they greet us when we arrive with "welcome home"! Humphrey was our server and he did an excellent job but I would also like praise the rest of the staff ..everyone and everything about this restaurant is magnificent and I highly recommend a visit here to anyone vacationing in Aruba!!
