Chalet Suisse is the most lovely restaurant. We have been going to Aruba for 24 years and go to Chalet Suisse at least 2 times each trip. The waitstaff are attentive, the food fabulous, and they have the best creme brulee I've ever had.. My fav dish is the Weiner Schnitzel...many years ago I ordered it with mushroom sauce on the side, loved it and started a trend..now everybody orders it that way...They have excellent fish and duck..Don't miss this one....
