Elements Restaurant & SandBar

We actually went twice. The location on the beach is beautiful. Elements is one of two dining options at the Bucuti. The other is Carte Blanche.

We've been coming to Aruba for 15+ years and are always on the lookout for new places to dine. First, we can't say enough about Rodney. What an excellent maitre'd! Accommodating, friendly and welcoming. Our reservation wasn't for later that evening but he was able to get us a lovely table for two. Everything here was spanking new as Elements has only just recently opened. We enjoyed cocktails, appetizers, entrees and a dessert. We were so impressed we made a reservation for four for the following week as our friends would be joining us and we were sure they'd enjoy it as well. Needless to say they enjoyed it as well and by now the moon was full adding to the ambiance.
Highly recommended for a special night. (I believe this is an adults only resort so children may not be welcome)
