Whether you are looking for great cocktails and apps or a full course meal with perfect wine pairings - this is it!> Jethoe is our favorite bartender - always greets us with a smile and a handshake and a quick check to be sure we want our usual drinks. He and Dick are very friendly and fun to talk to and full of local information. The Ceviche added to the appetizer menu this year is my new favorite. Love the lighting, the warm Aruba breezes that drift through the bar area which is covered but open to the promenade. Casual, fun, delicious and just a pure Aruba experience. What are YOU waiting for?

Surprisingly very pleasant. We happened to walk by this restaurant and decided to come back for dinner. We loved our meal and wine. We had the special with steak and lobster which also included a bottle of wine. It was very cool to see them smoke the meat and lobster in the green egg. They even accommodated us by cooking the steak in two temperatures for us. We loved our waitress, FATIMER!! She was pleasant, helpful and took the time to talk to us. She’s my passion fruit lady, cause I love passion fruit and she was able to serve me some. We even danced since they had live music playing. We were celebrating my husband’s birthday. We would highly recommend this restaurant. Thank you for doing a wonderful job. Keep up the good work.

Everything about Fusion is a worthwhile experience. The food is uniquely prepared. The service is excellent. And when the piano player starts you almost can't bring yourself to leave. An added bonus: our bartender Jethoe and his warm Aruban smile. Overall a great time.

If you are not European... Do Not Go There!!! The staff is extremely prejudiced towards people they think will not tip well!! Me and my wife together make clearly over $185,000 easy, but they don’t care, the way they treated us was horrible. They will walk right pass you, and let you sit there and not serve you! The staff is clearly racist and blatantly disrespectful! Do not go there!!

We have a great place to eat that is inexpensive and very good. The tapas such as the chicken and steak are tremendous and plentiful for only $8 or $ 9. We only needed to or 3 tapas and it was equal to having a full meal and the price was right. The bartender Jethae is very personable and does his job well. We have put Fusion on our MUST Do with Barefoot and Madame Jeanette's each time we come to Aruba. Don't miss Fusion at the Alhambra Casino. PS They also have good entertainment every night.

My husband and I visited Aruba in November 2017 and we ABSOLUTELY loved Fusion Wine and piano bar! The bartender was spot on with helping us select wines and appetizers that were so good we stayed and canceled our dinner reservations! He was so accommodating and always made sure that our glasses never ran dry! The pinot noir was incredible! Honestly, everything about this place has us looking forward to returning this year with 5 of our friends! It is truly one of our favorite places in Aruba! The menu's light up so if you forget your reading glasses (lol) you can still see. The ambiance, the food, the wine, the decor, the staff! Don't change a thing! See ya's in November!

We just back from Aruba and had an excellent experience at Fusion Piano and Wine Bar. We had drinks last year when we were at our timeshare. This year we decided to try dinner and it was unbelievable. The food and drinks were awesome. The wait staff and bartenders were friendly and attentive. We ended up eating there 3 more times. I can't say enough about this place..Great Job!!!!

Should not be down as nice wine and piano bar at all. We booked this for a very nice surprise for my partners mums 60th birthday as she loves that sort of thing. We ordered drinks and the waiter spilt my partners drink over her and myself and didn't apologise and didn't even refill the drink! And walked off leaving us to clean up his mess! Food was lovely and the evening was going really well, piano was great then all of a sudden it became a back street pub karaoke bar and the microphone was being passed around by the staff!!!!! If it was more busy (I can see why it's not) but if it was I could see people getting intimidated by what it became. It really really really let the night down for us all. Would of had a better night in the hotel buffet with a hell of a lot better stuff! Do not plan to go here for a special occasion definitely not! And very very over priced for what it is. Should be renamed Aruba's posh karaoke bar!!! Very let down by this.
