Gilligan's Seafood Shack

This is a nice place to sit for lunch. However, when I have gone there I found the wait-staff friendly but very slow. The food is over-fried or over-cooked to the point that it's bone dry! The beverages, cold sandwiches, wraps, and salads won't disappoint ( standard fare) but be careful with the "hot" foods. It took nearly 20 minuets for a hot dog to be served and they forgot the fries. Both items were bone dry due to over cooking. There are better places to eat lunch but few offer the convenience ( if your staying at the hotel) and beach front ambiance!! It has the potential to be great but for now it's just struggling to remain average!!!

Just a really great place to have lunch! A regular spot for lunch when we stay at the Radisson. The service is super... we're always greeted like they are very happy to see us... the beer is cold and the food is dependably good! Recommended for a beachside lunch!

Gilligan's, pool/beach side at the Radisson, is a cool place along Palm beach for a decent outdoor lunch. Salads are HUGE, as are several other dishes, and the burgers are good. The staff is friendly and the prices are on par with several other beachside lunch spots with food not as good.
