Our dishes are prepared using the freshest ingredients to offer an upscale Caribbean, International and Seafood cuisine.
Matthew’s offers a variety of activities that make it worth visiting.
In addition to full breakfast, lunch and dinner menus, we offer all- you-can-eat spare ribs on Tuesdays, Karaoke on Wednesdays, Italian night on Thursdays and our daily happy hours 3 times per day
from noon – 1pm, 4-6pm featuring live music at the bar and 9-10 pm.

“Another great meal”

We have tried Matthews a few times and it continues to be solid. It is great sitting by the beach. Service was solid and food was excellent. We had the tomato soup and goat cheese and prosciutto app. For our main course we had the yellow fin Tuna, cooked perfectly and the meat skewer. We definitely will be going back to Matthews.

Matthews- another regular,food was delicious. I had the grouper and my wife had the Tuna that she raved about for the rest of the trip.Top of the line service, always happy to see customers.A Stefan tradition since he owned Rumbas.Annual

We just got back from our 17th trip to Aruba. We visited Matthews three times. Each time the food and quantity was just great. Seating by the beach and watching the sunset just adds to this establishment. Keep up the good work and we will see you next year.

Matthews was one of our favorite restaurants we visited on our trip to Aruba. The atmosphere was very peaceful and romantic, right next to the beach. We went when the sun was setting, which was beautiful to see while dining. The food just kept getting better with each course. The salads were fresh and delicious, and our main dishes were savory and satisfying. The wine and dessert were both also sweet and cold. Angel our server was quietly attentive and went out of his way to make sure we got exactly what we wanted and made our experience one we will not forget. We definitely recommend finding Matthews in the back of the Casa del Mar hotel, it is worth the trip!!

We have had lunches and dinners at Matthew's during our stay at Casa Del Mar the past 2. The food is excellent, the wait staff is very friendly, and view (especially at night) is beautiful. The price is very reasonable....

I am not a seafood fan at all, but tried the Ship's Mate sandwich for lunch... It is Grouper, and it was excellent. In fact, I have had it twice during our stay...

The atmosphere is great but we were very disappointed in the food. The guides all say that it is moderately priced but our bill was $75 before tip and we had no alcohol or desert. The portions were OK but the taste was very bland compared to all the rest of the restaurants we have eaten in during our stay.

Great food, great ambience, very reasonable for the quality and taste. nice pour of wine and more.been there twice this trip and we are going back for a third time. WAiter Dante is great and Maitre D' Ricardo is a real professional. both making dinner a pleasure. wish they were in NY.

After coming to Aruba for 12 years, tonight we enjoyed the best meal we have had on this island. My husband ordered the seafood over pasta and it arrived beautifully presented and steaming hot. He has ordered this dish many times at other restaurants and he said this was by far the best he has ever eaten. I had the chicken Parmesan and it was very good, wonderful pasta sauce. Our server's name was Dante, and he was very attentive to our needs and very knowledgeable about the menu. We enjoyed Tiramusu for dessert[complimentary with our meals] and Irish coffees and are already looking forward to going back before our vacation is over.

great food and ambiance. reasonable prices for the quality and quantity and will definitely go back there again. location and views (before dark) are excellent. good wine list and highly recommended.
