Passions on the Beach
Experience the most romantic dinner on the island at Passions on the Beach Restaurant. Exquisite dishes, the soft light of torches all around you, sugary white sand between your toes, the soft sound of waves caressing the shore, and the most beautiful sunset you've ever seen...

If we ever make it back to Aruba, we would certainly be dining at Passions. We have spoken highly of our experience at Passions with all who asked about our vacation. The service was spectacular, only topped by the food. The live music was so subtle, that I thought it was a recording. It complemented the experience without being overpowering.

We thoroughly enjoyed our delicious dinner at Passions. We have been to Aruba many times but this was our first visit to this restaurant. We absolutely loved everything about it-from the setting, to the wine, to the dinner, as well as wonderful service from John. Also loved the lighted menus! How clever! We will be back!

My husband & I had a wonderful experience recently (Nov. 2010)at Passions. The food, atmosphere, service and entertainment were all excellent.
The singer was great and being able to dance on the beach was very special.
In out opinion, if nothing changes this restaurant has nothing to improve upon.

Honestly, it was the best!! Our waitress (forgot her name but she was soo good and I believe she was from Columbia) made the even soo special, the music was fantastic, the tables and venue was amazing. I put pics on my facebook page and people who were going to visit Aruba will now be making reservations there when they visit! I give this resturaunt 5 stars for food, staff and atmosphere (and comming from NYC..I know resturaunts very well). Cheers to Passions for making my parents aniversary the best night they ever had!

Being our first trip to Aruba, it was a wonderful experience for Audrey and I to have dinner at Passions on the beach. We were in Aruba to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary and having a romantic and formal dinner on the beach was an added plus to our celebration. Having Diana as our server made it even more enjoyable. She was very professional and made us feel relaxed and comfortable. Our meals were not only delicious but also presented as if they were to be photographed for the cover of a popular cuisine magazine.

Congratulations on having a wonderful and professional staff serving Passions on the beach. Thanks!

I have been comming to Aruba now for 18 years, I have seen the Island transform over that time especially in the dining area. I must say it has been our loss for not trying Passions sooner as it is now our favorite Seafood restaurant on the Island. On our first day of this trip we tried Passions and had such a wonderful meal and service (with Natalie) that we came back 2 more times (3x total) in our 8 days on the Island. My compliments to the Chef and his staff for the wonderful meals that are served from such a small beach kitchen. The atmosphere, service, and food made for a wonderful experience that will last forever. We are already looking forward to returning to your restaurant next year.

If there were any area you could improve, it would be in making the reservation, the bar staff is quite busy during the day and does not always have the time to take the reservation or something gets lost in translation. We had made a reservation at the beach bar for dinner 3 times and had a small issue 1 time. We booked for 6 people when we arrived they only had us down for 2, it was not a problem and your staff handled it very professionally but I could see where this could be an issue on very busy nights as your seating is limited. But as I said it was a minor issue but during the busier times (high season) a mistake like that could cost you business. While we were waiting for the staff to prepare our table for 6 another couple tried to walk in for dinner, they stated that the beach bar staff said walk ins were no problem, unfortunately they were unable to accommodate this couple, the staff did offer a later seating that night but the couple choose to go somewhere else. I hate to see you loose business or potential customers due to confusion or misinformation at the beach bar. In closing I would give Passions a 5 star rating out of 5. Thanks again for great food and a wonderful time.

Looking forward to next year,

Best Regards,

Dave

Atmosphere and food here are the BEST! Nothing like dining on the beach with the water only feet away, twinkle lights, and torches all around you.

Had the crab salad appetizer and a friend had the duck appetizer - both were very nice.

For an entree I had the sesame crusted red snapper which was probably one of my favorite meals of the entire trip.

You cannot go wrong with a dinner here, whether it is a romantic dinner for two or with some friends.

Nice touches: live background music (not overpowering), menus that light up when you open them, and they added real glassware (no more plastic glasses on the beach.)
