Que Pasa? - Restaurant - Bar & Art Gallery
Que Pasa Restaurant & Winebar has been a culinary institute since 1992. The restaurant is located in a historical merchant house in downtown Oranjestad, and its menu features a tasty variety of international specials, as well as freshly made sushi from their Dragonfly sushi station. Chef Michelle and her team go out of their way to make every night a culinary experience. The in-house wine connoisseur happily assists you in pairing the perfect wine with your dinner choice. At Que Pasa you will feel welcome and have a great time for sure. The friendly staff will serve you with a smile. And the food experience will keep you talking about it, even long after your visit.

Another recommendation from the hotel staff. We went on New Year's Eve and were concerned about being rushed, which did not happen.
Very pleased with the food and service. My wife had the ribs and they tender, tasty and falling off the bone. I had the teriyaki chicken which was one of the most tender I have ever had at a restaurant. My picky child even liked both of our meals.
Great service, friendly staff. We will be recommending this one to others as well.

I found this restaurant listed in the top ten restaurants prior to our trip. What a find!!! Absolutely delicious food and great service. We went back twice only to find it was as great the second time as it was the first. We had four people in our party and tried everything from pasta to Barracuda and everyone raved about their dinner.

Had a very enjoyable dinner at Que Pasa? Food was good and atmosphere was fun. Our waiter and waitress were both wonderful and very attentive. They answered our questions or went and found the answers. We sat right on the street and enjoyed the "people watching." When I wanted ice cream for dessert instead of what was on the menu, they served me ice cream, which was just want I wanted at the time. Definitely worth the trip and will visit again.

We just returned home to New York from yet another memorable trip to Aruba. several years ago, a good friend recommended we try Que Pasa for dinner and we make sure not to miss it anytime we return to Aruba.

The atmosphere is a relaxed blend of tropical island and European backstreets feel. The food is always delicious and extremely well-prepared. This time we particularly enjoyed the seafood casserole appetizer as well as the grouper special we ordered as an entree.

The service may very well be the highlight. Our waitresses was so sweet and pleasant - making us feel special and delighted to have her serve us.

We're looking forward to our next visit to Aruba and all the excellent restaurants there from which to choose. Of course, we are certainly going to return to Que Pasa - the highlight for us of our charming, delicious island Aruba!

I have recommended Que Pasa since 2002 when we first discover it. We stay in Aruba for 2 weeks and the four of us dine there a minimum of once a week. On our visit last week, we had an extremely long wait for our meal. We had appetizer, our meal and desert. Two hours was a bit too long, the waiter very rarely visited our table for drinks. I wanted the Grouper which I always enjoy and the waiter kept pushing the special and told me the Grouper was frozen and did not think I should have it. Two orders of the special were ordered instead of the Grouper which is what we wanted. The appetizers were delicious except for the Sashimi that was ordered which was a very weak tasting salmon. When we question why it was only salmon the waiter gave us a poor explanation on what Sashimi is. (LOL) The special fish which I really do not remember was ok but not what we expect when we dine at Que Pasa. Unfortunately last year we had a very long wait for our meal and thought it was just unusually but after this year and the condescending attitude of the waiter I think it will be the last visit to Que Pasa and will not recommend the restaurant as well. I feel it only fair to put this on the internet since I always appreciate the recommendations that are made there. Hope they make some changes as I loved this place even when it was just a little store front. Now that there are some nice restaurants in the high raises there really isn’t a reason to travel to town for “Frozen Fish”

My husband had a late dinner at Que'Pasa? October 25, 2011. Friends suggested we try this restaurant and we were not disapointed. The Thia shrimp soup was delicious!!! Service was great and we had dinner on the upstairs porch which was very nice. The restaurant is housed in a historic building which also adds to its charm. Certainly not disappointed and would highly recommend.

I only stayed for just one week on the island, so I had to make the right choices. Having diner was one of them. After having diner for the first time at QP I knew it was the right choise and came back again. I enjoyed a fantastic (fresh) fish and beaf meal. My compliments to all the people of QP.

This awesome restaurant made my stay at the "one happy island" last for a lifetime!!!

In the morning I caught my first Baracuda and in the evening it was being served in the restaurant.

Marvin, Addie and crew, thanks a lot!
