Screaming Eagle
Screaming Eagle - taste and the pleasure of dining.

Our Chefs prepare fresh seafood - both locally caught and from around the world - in a modern interpretation. The meats proudly reveal their affinity to French cuisine. Healthy vegan and vegetarian options are a new and growing passion.

Great food screams for great wine to come along. And Screaming Eagle propelled the wine list to the next level, offering various levels of matching options to perfectly pair the food. Our mixologist and sommelier has many more liquid dreams at your disposal.

The whole package is compelling, hence Screaming Eagle was voted best restaurant in the Caribbean by ‘Caribbean Journal’ in 2015! Repeating to make a mark on the Top 50 list ever since, securing a Top 5 slot each following year, adding ‘Caribbean Chef of the Year Award’ in 2017. And striving.

Welcome to deliciousness!

My friend and I went here on a Friday night 9/26/08 and enjoyed it very much. We decided to sit outdoors even though most people sat indoors. I had the Calamari/Potato appetizer and my friend had the warm salad with artichoke both of which were very good. I had the Thai shrimps and my friend had the grouper for our entrees and once again both were very good. We shared the creme brulee which was very creamy and tasty. Our waiter Orlando, was very friendly, courteous and informative. We started talking to him and asked if there was a good, local place for lunch and he suggested Nos Cunucu in Tanki Flip near Noord. We went there and it was great little spot off the beaten path. As for Screaming Eagle, we would definitely go back.

We have been to Aruba a couple of times and wanted to try a new restaurant. Screaming Eagle did not disappoint! The service was incredible (Lennart was fantastic!) and the food was out of this world. The decor is very chic and modern. We dined outside although I think we may try inside next time only because it is decorated so nicely. Highly recommended!!!

I would highly recommend the Screaming Eagle to anyone who is visiting Aruba and looking for an unforgettable dining experience. The cuisine was impeccable, from appetizer to entre, everything was excellent. As a seafood enthusiast of sorts, I must recommend trying any preparation of fish the Screaming Eagle has to offer. I had the grouper and it was cooked perfectly. It is very easy to overcook or undercook this fish, but the chef's preparation could not have been better. My girlfriend had the tiger shrimp which was equally delectable. As impressive as the cuisine was, the service was what made this experience especially memorable. Our waitress was as attentive and personable as any I've come across anywhere. Overall, I would say the Screaming Eagle was as close to an A+ dining experience as you will find anywhere. If you are in Aruba and want to eat well, you would be foolish to pass this up.

In één woord geweldig.
Succes en hou dit vol want jullie verdienen het.

We have been going to Aruba for 10 years and started going to Screaming Eagle the first year it was open. This is one of the best restaurants in Aruba. The food is always fantastic and the service is just great. We always go twice a week when we are there. From the manager to the wait staff every one is top shelf. You won't be sorry if you try this place.

I had been to Aruba and this restaurant before. I so wanted my husband to share this unique place. On our very first night in Aruba he did. Our waiter Joseph was wonderful. Very friendly and very knowledgable about the island. I had seen the brulle on the plane as a starter and I had to try it. It was fantastic. My husband had the tuna and said it was the best he had ever tasted. I had the sea bass and my husband had the deep fried cheese both of which were exceptional. Our only disappointment was as we had been up since 3 and travelling most of the day we were too tired to eat dessert. Maybe next time we will go there on our second day just to experience the whole relaxing atmosphere. Well worth trying.

We dined at the Screaming Eagle two of our seven nights in Aruba. We discovered this great restauarant last year (and ate twice there that week as well). Our waiter, Jean, was excellent - so good that we requested him for our second trip to the restaurant. The look and feel of the restaurant is the best on the island. The menu selection is vast and the daily specials offer some unique options. We had tuna-tartar, shrimp cocktail, cesaer salad, surf/turf, grouper, tiger shrimp (a delicious sauce but a bit too much on the plate) and the angus tenderloin. Each meal had some wonderful side dishes and each complimented the main meat/fish. The wine list is vast and the prices were very reasonable. We LOVE the Screaming Eagle and look forward to more dinners next year! You should GO! GO! GO!
