Screaming Eagle
Screaming Eagle - taste and the pleasure of dining.

Our Chefs prepare fresh seafood - both locally caught and from around the world - in a modern interpretation. The meats proudly reveal their affinity to French cuisine. Healthy vegan and vegetarian options are a new and growing passion.

Great food screams for great wine to come along. And Screaming Eagle propelled the wine list to the next level, offering various levels of matching options to perfectly pair the food. Our mixologist and sommelier has many more liquid dreams at your disposal.

The whole package is compelling, hence Screaming Eagle was voted best restaurant in the Caribbean by ‘Caribbean Journal’ in 2015! Repeating to make a mark on the Top 50 list ever since, securing a Top 5 slot each following year, adding ‘Caribbean Chef of the Year Award’ in 2017. And striving.

Welcome to deliciousness!

New to Aruba (About 6mo) on Eagle Beach. The BEST Ceasar Salad ( if you like anchovies ) and Great beef carpaccio. You can also dine in bed. (yes the restaurant has beds/tables) this restaurant is owned by the same people as the flying fishbone another one of my favorites. The good thing is on eagle beach you don't have to drive all the way across the island. Screaming Eagle is only a short ride from all the hotels.

We were here last night. Had a 9:00 reservation and so we went to the bar. There was an empty table ditched out in the isle. It stayed empty and then at 9:40 they set it up and told us our table was ready. It had to be the worst table in the place and of course we did not sit there. We had to ask them to set up another table which also sat empty since we arrived. The food to me is over priced for what you get and the service was just so so. They do not take Amex. The decor was very pretty but that's all I can say for this resteraunt. I would not go back. Madame Jeannetes and ElGoucho and Giavannis are by far much better.

I was really pleasantly suprised, by this quite new restaurant. We enjoyed a excellent dinner over there, from the beginning till the end, were surrounded by a enthousiast team of waiters, in a trendy outfitted restaurant.
The food was delicious, so I decided to enjoy it another time, and again I wasn't disapointed at all!!!!.I'm looking forward to my next visit.

We were at the Screaming Eagle Dec 10th. Everything that has been written about this restaurant is accurate.Service was excellent. The escargot was delicious the shrimp were large and delicious. My husbands steak was tender. We had desert of strawberries and vanilla ice cream in bed...It was a delightful experience and we are looking forward to going back. This is a MUST go to! Make a reservation before you leave for Aruba.

We had a wonderful time and a great meal. The people at adjacent tables also loved their food. The complimentary appetizer was superb. The escargots were some of the best I've had. We also loved the fish of the day (Grouper) and Veal Scallopini. Hardly had space for dessert, so we split a white chocolate mousse. It was so good that we ordered a second. The waitstaff were very attentive. Only at the end of our meal did the response time of the staff appear to get longer. Very interesting decor.

As a well traveled person and a manhattanite, I have had the experience of dining in quite a few of the best restaurants in the US. I have been coming to Aruba for the last 6 years and make it a habit to try a new restaurant every trip I make. The talk around the pool this year was about a new restaurant called "Screaming Eagle" so of course I felt obliged to try for myself. My dining experience was the best I have had in Aruba thus far.
The ambience of the dining area both inside and out were chic, peaceful and comfortable.
The service friendly, menu selection perfect and the Amuse Bouche was a classy touch to begin our dining experience.
Every thing we ordered off the menu was seasoned to perfection, accompanied by imaginative sauces and presentation rivals other four star restaurants. Try the lobster bisque, tuna tartar/soft shell crab appetizer and the Carmelized Tiger Shrimp w/ Saffron Rice entree. I guarantee a trip to the Screaming Eagle will leave you absolutely delighted.

My wife and I dined here on 12/5/07 based on the strong reviews written on this site. We were not disappointed and would certainly recommend this place to anyone looking for an excellent dining experience. We found the staff to be very attentive. The chef even went out of the way to accomodate my wife's dairly free diet. The food quality was excellent and the portion sizes were adequate. Additionally, the prices were in line with other Aruba restaraunts of similar quality.

A Manhattan/Hamptons level dining experience with the Aruban flavor you need. Two trips in three days was worth it for the grouper, fine wines and friendly staff. What a great place to eat and relax with owner Daniel making the welcome warm. I enjoyed the Dutch staff who were students from the homeland studying the restaurant business. Wow I thought it was outstanding......
