Screaming Eagle
Screaming Eagle - taste and the pleasure of dining.

Our Chefs prepare fresh seafood - both locally caught and from around the world - in a modern interpretation. The meats proudly reveal their affinity to French cuisine. Healthy vegan and vegetarian options are a new and growing passion.

Great food screams for great wine to come along. And Screaming Eagle propelled the wine list to the next level, offering various levels of matching options to perfectly pair the food. Our mixologist and sommelier has many more liquid dreams at your disposal.

The whole package is compelling, hence Screaming Eagle was voted best restaurant in the Caribbean by ‘Caribbean Journal’ in 2015! Repeating to make a mark on the Top 50 list ever since, securing a Top 5 slot each following year, adding ‘Caribbean Chef of the Year Award’ in 2017. And striving.

Welcome to deliciousness!

We decided to dine at the Screaming Eagle on our first day of arrival in Aruba because it was a short walk from our hotel. The food was great, gourmet quality. There were out of several items on the menu which is understandable considering the location but the menu also had limited choice rather than an extensive selection. I think the limited selection insured quality items. The service was great also. The atmosphere isn't the best because the road is near the outdoor dining area but it is a rather lonely road. I would return.

A unique experience. The food was terrific, but i would expect it for the price (which was not unreasonable, just on the higher end). The setting is unique if you request one of the dining "beds." However, be warned that if you have any mobility issues, are older, etc., it might not be the most comfortable way to dine. (I had some trouble sitting cross-legged due to recent knee surgery, plus my back did hurt by the end of the meal.) If you can sit in the beds that have a wall to lean against its better. But it was fun, and I did have 4 other people age 21 or younger, so they really thought it novel. The food was very good (I had the surf and turf and corn soup), and we had a nice bottle of moderately priced champagne.

This is one of the best, people who write a bad report on this place must be the other restaurants as we eat in the top 10 restaurants in Holland and this is one of the best of the island, the Chef would be able to be in the top 10 in Holland and yes good food comes with a prize but not more then any other good restaurants.

I was told this was one of the most impressive restaurants in Aruba. I was not impressed with the quality of the food.

In fact the grouper sandwich I bought at the pier on the ocean was better than any of the meals we had as the Screaming Eagle.

For a family of five the bill came to $300.00.
The food was overpriced and the ambiance of the restaurant was fair.

I think this is one of the best restaurants on the island. The food is incredible and the service outstanding. I sat on the patio and had a scrumptious meal of Halibut, dessert of apple tart, and tea service, absolutely divine. Will definitely go there again, and again. Loved it!

We had our date night at Screaming Eagle and chose the Chef's Choice for dinner. Our meal was pure art and delicious. It was perfectly cooked. The salad consisted of fresh greens with fresh cherry tomatoes, quail eggs and roast duck. Next, we had the tenderloin with lamb chops, morels and a vanilla sauce. It was a thrilling and surprising combination that we both devoured. Lastly, we enjoyed our extravagant dessert and shared it with the neighboring patrons. It was memorable and fun and definitely a restaurant we would like to visit again in the future.

The "No Substitution" Policy is strictly enforced. It is reason enough for us to not return. Otherwise a good experience and somewhat overpriced. Most restaurants that aim to please will readilly substitute a veggie for a starch. NOT HERE!

Screaming eagle is one of the best restaurants for food and service. The atomsphere and diplay and taste of food is extraordinary. Along with that is the friendly and kind service. A must to go...

My wife ans I went with another couple on 12/4/09 who had been ther previously and had a good meal there. Service was slow and they gave us a free round of drinks to make up for slow service. Wait staff was excellent and not responsible for the mistakes of the kitchen.
Food was terrible. All four entrees were delivered almost cold and were basically inedible. Grouper was dry and tough as was the red snapper. Salmon was cold ad somewhat slimy. My wife had scallops that were way undercooked and inedible. Chef came out to talk with us and did not charge us for the meal. Will never go back. Too many good restaurants on the island to waste an evening as we just did
