Flying Fishbone, the

Great environment, tables in the ocean with the waves hitting your feet while you dine. Go early to see the sunset. I recommend going with the fish, not sure about this place, but others beef cuts were not of the highest quality.
Total dinning experience here is the best we experienced on the island and the prices are very fair. Fantastic service, will always remember this restaurant as one of my best dining experiences. We stayed at the Ritz and most people on the beach and at the pool were going to the Flying Fishbone. It's about 13-14 miles south of the Marriott's and Ritz, well worth the drive or cab ride.

The best restaurant I have ever been to anywhere in the world. Excellent staff and service and the food was delicious. The view and the experience overall would make me recommend this place to absolutely anyone travelling to Aruba. An easy 10/10 on every level.

My husband and I celebrated our 10 year anniversary with family in Aruba! We had our wedding ceremony there and loved the island! We didn't think anything could top our experience there 10 years ago until we had our anniversary dinner at the Flying Fishbone!! The location gave us stunning views of the ocean and sunset. The food was amazing! Renate, our server, gave outstanding service! I recommend this restaurant to everyone when visiting Aruba!!

Me and my Love went to the flying fishbone because of great reviews I reading about. It a ride from the high rise hotels but worth the trip and we decided to make it are first full night out. We used the same taxi driver from the airport who was great. We arrived at the flying fishbone around 4:50pm. If you want a close table near the water you need to make a reservation for 5pm and I recommend doing 3 to 4 weeks in advance by emailing the restaurant. We were seated by Weng are server and my love chose to sit with are feet, chairs and table in the water. It was absolutely breath taking. We started with glass of wine and calamari appetizer which was fantastic. The service was great and the water and sunset in the background was breath taking. We went with the main dish of 10oz lobster tail and lamp chops. The lobster was perfectly cooked and it was one of the best lobster tails I have ever had. The lamb chop were perfectly cooked to perfection We finished with 2 cappuccino coffees and desert. We then took in the view and atmosphere and it was so romantic and my love was blown away. There were couples celebrating anniversary's and it's worth the money and we will definitely return again. So when my taxi driver had arrived around 7:30 and I knew it was time to finish off the evening with something I had planned for some time. As my Love stood up to leave I got down on one knee in the water and proposed to my Love. It was an unforgettable moment that we will remember forever and were glad we did it at the Flying Fishbone.

Our last night in Aruba was a real pleasure when we visited Flying Fishbone. The staff was attentive, accommodating, and extremely customer oriented. From the minute we got there it was a complete experience. Very romantic, excellent food, wonderful service and even though it was dark, an excellent view. Don't miss this, it is a truly wonderful adventure!

My family enjoyed dining at the beach in this unique restaurant, especially the experience of eating while our toes were wading in the water. Our server, Weng, was gracious and gave great recommendations. We would definitely return when we travel to Aruba again.

My with and I had the best experience at this resturant this evening. I can best describe this as the total dining experience. We are first time visitors to aruba and our friends recommended this resturant for us to visit. I am so glad they did. The water experience, the food, the service...all exceeded our expectations. It was glorious. Totally recommend this dining experience to anyone. Prices slightly higher than you may find elsewhere, but well worth it for the total dining experience.

My husband and I went to the restaurant to celebrate our first anniversary, we had an incredible experience, the food, the restaurant ambience, the music, and the attention by Weng (our waitress) were unique, we think that it's a different experience in compare of the rest of restaurants in the island and it worth it. We recommend it to everyone, and we hope to visit it again.

We were just down in Aruba for our anniversary (7/14). We actually went there on our Anniversary night for dinner. Our server was Weng, and all I have to say is Wow. Amazing place, we had a table in the water with the sunset on the right side. We had the lobster avocado salad for an appetizer, it was perfect. The seafood was fresh, and cooked to perfection. What we loved the most was the friendly atmosphere. Weng was very attentive, and we felt at home. The reservation was for 530pm, and we didn't leave until almost 830pm; we never felt rushed. We say and had coffee and dessert after and watched the sunset. A perfect evening, and I highly recommend the flying fishbone.

The Flying Fishbone is your quintessential Aruba dining experience. Think feet in the water, gorgeous sunset, amazing drinks, beyond delicious food, great service. Not one complaint here. Eduardo was our server and was pleasant and attentive. I ordered the halibut and loved it!! The creme brûlée was our desert of choice and that too was perfect. Happy travels and dining all around. :)
