Bad service

We arrived early for a breakfast meeting on Sunday, exactly at 7:00 a.m. we enter the door, they couldn't give us what the price of the buffet because the cashier did not arrived yet. We waited then a supervisor came and explain the pricing to us. It was a meeting so we went for some fruits, after that we went for the omelet station. Every time the same server will come to the table but in some odd and unfriendly manner will ask "ever things o.k." then she will get the plates, I ask can we have new plates and to our surprise she will ask "are you going the eat more" one of my ask answer "sure we are going for dessert", but in my opinion is not of her business to ask a question like that.

Great!

My wife and I ate here our first night after a day of traveling as we usually do every year. I got the beef tenderloin kebab and my wife got the steak and shrimp. Both were excellent and you can't beat the price. So good we ate there again during our trip and it was consistantly delicious. See you next year!

Ugh!

Unappetizing layout gives feel of a fast-food restaurant. Food OK but no effort at presentation. Service chaotic, very relaxed. There's much better.

Good

The food was pretty good. The Oriental chicken on top of the Oriental Chicken Salad was amazing! The salad itself, however, was not the best. The waiter did not come over very often to check on us.

Went here 2 times during our visit. We will never go back. The food was mediocre and the service was lacking. It was convenient since we were staying at La Cabana, but found that Sbarro and Cinnabon were a better bet than The Islanders over priced food and service.

We got the ribs, french fries, coconut shrimp, and corn. The ribs were good. The corn was nothing I had ever tasted before...there was cinnamon or something. It sounds gross but it was really good. Wait staff was knowledgable about the island and very helpful.

This grill is improving. The food is always fresh. It is a nice stop for lunch. The menu is nice. We go because it is convenient for Lacabana and decent.

For a quick inexpensive lunch this is the place to come. We stayed at the Cabana and had lunch different days. Everything we ordered was always very good.

Service is ok, environment, well is outside, top covered, but a little hot! They dont charge the silly 15% service charge that every other restaurant charges, so like I mentioned is a great inexpensive lunch place.
