We ate breakfast here to try the crepe styled pancakes. They weren't bad but not really what we were looking for. They are quite large, but very thin. Their homemade syrup was outstanding! I had the apple & bacon pancakes which were very flavorful. DH had plain apple and didn't have very much flavor. If you are in the mood to try something different, give this restaurant a try.

We ate at Linda's Pancakes back in January and my husband and I still talk about how great they were. We are going back to Aruba in Nov and can't wait to get our gigantic pancakes. I even asked the waitress for a topping not on the menu, she was happy to get it for me, and it was amazing. I asked for carmel sauce for the banana pancakes, some might gag, other's eyes roll back in their head. It was delicious. We were sad we only found Linda's on our last day, but then we said had we known about it, we would have eaten there everyday and gained 10 more lbs. Definitely worth the trip!

I eat at this place often when I'm on the island, and I love it there. Even if Linda wasn't my mom I'd still go there!

Both the pizza's and tha pancakes are great. I haven't eaten better pancakes even here in The Netherlands.

Actually never had a chance to eat here, but happily we were able to locate the restaurant. It is in Noord, a bit out of the way, and not so well known even by the locals. We were out walking on Sunday and stumbled upon it, but unfortunately they were closed(as are quite a few restaurants on Sun.) Will try again next time-heard the pancakes were worth the trip.

This is always our last stop on the way to the airport. The atmosphere isn't great, the service is often slow - but the pancakes are to die for. Dutch pancakes are very very different than what we have here in the US, and I know which ones I prefer! These are huge, plate size pancakes, very thin, with toppings spread over them and powdered sugar on the side. The syrup is different than what we use here as well, thick and less sweet. I love it! I always get the pancake with strawberries and whipped cream, and my husband gets his with ham and cheese. Their coffee is the best I have had on the island, too, very strong, tastes like maybe it is from a French press.

We heard about Linda's at the resort and it came with great reviews. Let me tell you, they make some of the best pizza we have ever had. Not traditional but wonderful just the same. The next morning we went for breakfast for the pancakes. WOW!! I wish we lived on the island, they would be a daily staple.

we heard about this little restaurant on another website and decided to try it. boy, were we glad we did! not only were the dutch pancakes huge, but they were great tasting as well. these pancakes are nearlky 2 feet across and come with confectioners sugar and an incredibly thick syrup. you can order from about 20 different toppings and experiment. i tried pineapple, coconut and whipped cream on mine. incredible. good coffee as well and fabulous service. definitely will be eating there again when we return.

My husband and I visited Aruba the last week of October 2006. Because this was our first trip to Aruba, I did a lot of internet research. There was one solitary mention of Linda's Pancakes, and it took some detective work by the Radisson employees before they could tell us where it was, but what a gem! We ate breakfast there three times. I had the pancakes with strawberries and whipped cream every time (why tamper with perfection?) and my husband had the pancakes with ginger once, and with brie and honey twice. I don't even care much for pancakes, but these are nothing like "American" pancakes. We went VERY light on the homemade syrup (cloyingly sweet), and it was perfect. Don't miss this place!

We always eat at Linda's at least once a trip. I am especially fond of the apple and bacon pancake. Hubby switches around but has yet to find one he does not like.

The staff is very friendly and the service is great. It does take some time to make the pancakes. Your patience will be rewarded.

We hadn't been able to fit a visit into Linda's on our past few trips but got to go for pizza last time around. Found it to be excellent as usual. Only wished we could have had the wonderful pancakes....oh well next time.
