Our dishes are prepared using the freshest ingredients to offer an upscale Caribbean, International and Seafood cuisine.
Matthew’s offers a variety of activities that make it worth visiting.
In addition to full breakfast, lunch and dinner menus, we offer all- you-can-eat spare ribs on Tuesdays, Karaoke on Wednesdays, Italian night on Thursdays and our daily happy hours 3 times per day
from noon – 1pm, 4-6pm featuring live music at the bar and 9-10 pm.

Dined here twice, once on 15 July and again on the 24th and everything was spectacular. The food and presentation were excellent as well as the very attentive service. The grouper was expecially well prepared and delicious. One in our group had the all you can eat ribs (Tues nights) and they were very good. The strolling accordian player was a delight. Food was well worth the price. We will be back next year!

Not one of our favorites. Had dinner here when they first opened, was not impressed with the food or the service. Thought it was because they were new.Decided to try them again for breakfast this year,aside from the view not much else was good. Service and food left alot to be desired.

On our last visit to Aruba the three of us had lunch twice at Matthew's Beachside restaurant. The location is perfect with beautiful ocean views. Our lunches were great - probably one of the biggest hamburger offerings on the island, great grouper sandwich and their famous apple walnut salad is the perfect light lunch. Our friend who is a vegetarian also found items on the menu that she enjoyed especially a yogurt and fruit dish. It was great to come off the beach and get out of the sun and have such a professionally served meal. Good and cold balashis!! The wait staff was friendly, attentive and professional. They couldn't have been nicer. Prices are affordable. We can't wait to return in September.

Casa del Mar should be very proud to have such a restaurant as Matthew's!!!! The environment was breathtaking, the staff extremely efficient and friendly, the food was exquisite, well prepared and presented. If one wanted something cooked a different way or wanted a change in the menu item, the response was always, "no problem, we'll be happy to do that". Thanks, Ricardo, for your friendliness and attention to guests in the restaurant!

We have been coming to Aruba and staying at the Casa Del Mar for 10 years now. We had never dined at the many restuarant that came at went at Casa Del Mar. This year we gave Matthews a try (hoping for the best )and were pleasantly surprised. Food was excellent staff fantastic. We had lunch/happy hour (along with 10-15 people that we meet up with every year) every day during our stay at Matthews as well as dinner and breakfast a few times also. I would highly recommend givig Matthews a tire while you are in Aruba!

I have been a member of Casa Del Mar for the past 24 years. We have had many restaurants where Matthews is now located and all have failed. I have never dined in any of them because the feedback was bad. This year I dined at Matthews 5 times and would have dined there more if I went there earlier in my vacation. The service was immpeccable and the food and setting was outstanding. Friendly and entertaining wait-staff. It's a can't miss when you are in Aruba.

We ate here for breakfast 3 days and dinner one night...however, we did attend several happy hours! The breakfast (caribbean plate) was tasty, reasonably priced too! Dinner-Surf 'n Turf-YUM! We hadn't planned on eating dinner here, but stayed too long in happy hour to leave! Ricardo was an awesome bartender-as well as Gorge. Jumped in the pool fully clothed with Kelly (who wasn't working at the time) and another server-good times! We will definitely return on each trip back to Casa Del Mar...Thanks for the great service!

It's awsome the service so good so friendly workers it's the best restaurant in Aruba i love it good prices everything it's very good but the best is Jorge the bartender hes so friendly and happy (he likes his work).

We walked to Matthew's from the Bucuti and enjoyed the meal and the view from this restaurant on the beach. We had chicken and lobster dishes which were very good, and we also enjoyed a couple of their Aruba Aribe drinks. We would recommend this restaurant and would definitely return.

finally a restaurant at casa del mar that is worthy of praise.food was delicious, service was excellent and the view can't be beat. we have been owners here for 20 years and are very happy to have a wonderful restaurant on the property. thank's to matthew's beachside
